Exclamation Need help with chinese translation!

I got the following mail from Leadtek. Now I have no idea why they would suddenly write me, nor why the hell it's in chinese. That's just plain confusing

Yeah, thats' why I needed some help, since auto-translation doesn't make sense. They did send this mail to a bunch of other costumers as well, but Leadtek is infamous for their horrid costumer support. Maybe they completely lost their minds now -.-

I recieved the card yesterday-which was supposedly "repaired", and NOT a replacement card. I don't know what was repaired but the problems are not fixed. A "REPLACEMENT" generally means the product is replaced and not repaired. How much more in-depth do I have to go? Doing a system burn in:

- I have had windows crash several times-even just sitting on the windows desktop I will sometimes get a bluescreen error and then the screen will go blank requiring a restart.

-3d applications frequently lockup requiring a restart.

-Flashes of graphical corruption can be seen when booting the computer up on the POST screens.

I have tested all of the other components in my system including: purchasing a new motherboard, removing the soundcard, testing the PSU, and testing all of my ram. I have been monitoring the temperature of the video card in my system using Nvidia Monitor and it is not an issue of overheating. The card is DEFECTIVE and obviously you have not been able to fix it.

I think I am being perfectly reasonable in asking for a NEW CARD to REPLACE this defective one. It has been 3 months now dealing with your company and RMAs and I still do not have a working video card in my new computer. I'm fed up with dealing with this-I would like a NEW card to replace this obviously defective one.

Can you send me a new card and a label to return the old one?

If you refuse to resolve this issue I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBBOnLine, Inc. -- Promoting Trust and Confidence on the Internet).

Also, you probably should remove his home address and contact info.
