[PC] Need help finding an old PC game becuse Google is broken or something

The game is pretty old, I'd say it was made pre-2003. Sadly, this is all I can remember about it:
1. It was a rather dark game.
2. It was probably a 3d action or adventure game.
3. I think it had certain parts with a fixed camera angle.
4. At some point in the game, some obviously evil looking guy (with a goatee I think) shows up, does something or laughs at you, then disappears. After that you backtrack a bit, and you are attacked by 2 guys or 2 dark looking things. I probably sucked at the game, or the game was just hard, because I couldn't do anything against them.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

One other thing I remembered about the game is that nr.4 happened in a theatre or circus, and the evil guy is likely a magician or ringmaster.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Only one I can think of that sort of fits the criteria is Deathtrap Dungeon.

The game I'm looking for is like Tunguska Legend of Faith or The Crow City of Angels.

I thought that looked similar as well, but that's not it.
