Memo reminder application
I'm looking for a software that can act as a full-fledged memo/reminder tool. Basically I need to setup a personal to-do list and be informed whenever it's time to work on a specific task. The best option would be to have the program work in the tray and notify me with a timely popup message.
Thanks in advance for any help on the matter. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
I'm pretty sure that Microsoft Outlook has this feature. It's what the guys at work use for arranging meetings and event reminders. You might want to have a look into it.
How ya doing, buddy? |
The problem is I currently use Mozilla Thunderbird as my e-mail client, so I very seldom touch Outlook. What I wonder is if Thunderbird can be configured like that, maybe through a plug-in of some sort.
I'll look up into it. Thanks anyway for the suggestion! How ya doing, buddy? |
Thunderbird eh? Well, maybe this will be more suitable then. It is an extension for Thunderbird that displays and manages lists of date-based reminders and ToDo's.

Fantastic. This is exactly what I needed.
Thanks a lot! I was speaking idiomatically. |
