Vince DiCola Interview (GT5)
I hope there are some Vince DiCola fans here. He did Rocky IV and Transformers: The Movie (1986), which was one of my favorite soundtracks of all time. I was really shocked when browsing through Gran Turismo 5 to see he was responsible for arranging "Moon Over the Castle." As a huge fan of his, I had to get in touch with him to see what he's been up to for the last... 20 years. Really awesome guy with a lot to say:
Vince DiCola on Gran Tursimo 5 Prologue The track itself is pretty awesome. Has anyone listened to it yet? I wonder how it will vary from the in-game version. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
I loved the music Vince DiCola made for Rocky IV, so it's interesting to know he made arrangement of Moon Over the Castle.
I haven't heard the track yet, but now I just have to go and find it somewhere. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
fucking right, I had no clue he was still in the game of composing some original works, man this game keeps getting better right down to the music!

Excellent news. Vince DiCola is the man. That Training Montage from Rocky IV was classic stuff.
