I had just made a comment to my friends about how great an Edgar/Chloe sitcom would be when Edgar made his "Oh shit" face. ;_________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ _______________;

Also, requesting a ytmnd with Curtis running down the hallway of the hospital carrying the canister with MOVE BITCH playing in the background.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Download it from a torrent site. Both of these are totally worth watching instead of seeing second hand (especially the second one).

I forget, where did Curtis finish this episode?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Oh man, Hantai, I had forgotten about the Vice President and how he's probably going to be the new "bad guy" on the president's side of things.

Also, you have to wonder if the president's wife said anything to the Russians while she was wigging out that we don't know about yet.

But I like spoilers:
There wasn't much I wasn't expecting until the last ten minutes, but my dad called Tony getting killed as soon as he bonked the other guy out. Kinda ruined the suprise since my dad is right about things 99.99% of the time when he calls them. =\

Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooool at Chloe yelling at Kim, though. "I woke up in bed with a guy I'll probably never see again and a good friend just died. I'm not having a good day" *poopy face*. I thought they were going to have a scene with Chloe going over to Edgar after the airlocks opened, though.

I was speaking idiomatically.

I think the thing you need to ask yourself is if Jack could have done all that, Dan. If Jack could have, then it seems possible that Robocop could have, as well (since he knows all the tricks of the trade).

Was the sleeper hold when Jack slugged him in the face in the car (right after the airport incident) or at another part? I seem to remember it being at a different spot.

Does anyone else want to see Heller come back and kick the shit out of some terrorists this season?

Also, I'm not sure how pissed off he would have been at Audrey getting interrogated. Just think of what he did to his son last season.

Spoiler:
Also, jazz, nice theory. It would give a good reason why Palmer wanted to talk to Aaron without Novick knowing about it.

Also, lollin' at sexual harrassment girl's chemistry knowledge. I guess Caltech teaches that in their anti-terrorism course.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

You know when you hear his voice in The Wild you're just going to be waiting for him to shout, "MOVE MOVE THERE'S NO TIME GET OUT OF HERE!"

I'd actually be kinda disappointed if he didn't get to say that.

How about that make-out music for the Logans? I know it was making me randy.

looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooool

(Also, Chloe with another best-line-ever "If you care so much I can write up a report for you." I was totally on the edge of my seat during that scene.)

Edit: I think sexual harassment lady came from DoD, not CTU.

Yeah, I was totally waiting for Mike to meet up with Aaron or something this episode. He reminds me a bit of the son from the Dick Van Dyke show, they only write him in when it's convenient.

I'm also surprised there weren't any scenes with Buchanan or Curtis this episode.

Whoops, I meant to say Homeland Security. Wasn't the guy she filed a report about from Homeland Security as well?

Also, what did you guys think of the chick that took over for Buchanan tonight? When she snapped at her annoying side-kick dude for constantly deriding CTU it made it seem like she might not be as bad as they originally made her out to be.

(And I'm still laughing at the music during the Logans' moment together.)

Tal, the thing I'm still wondering is how the other people at CTU got targeted (as in people like Tony). Was Henderson using this as a vehicle for revenge on CTU?

Also, way to go for the writers not doing anything for the first lady's aid. Henderson shows up, the kid screams, and you know they're going to die, but I'm wondering why should would have even told him where Jack went since I'm sure she knew he was going to kill both of them. =/

Yeah, but we all knew that she was going to die as soon as he busted down the door (as did her daughter, evident by her screaming). Why would she even talk in the first place?

Also, I felt like a completely heartless bastard for shouting DON'T CALL 911! DON'T CALL 911!!!! at my TV during that scene.

Edit: All that was in response to acro-nym's post, I guess tal makes a good point.

I thought what Heller did was actually pretty in character, even though it still surprised me. He's a pragmatist, and doesn't believe that taking down Logan in a messy manner would do anyone good. Especially since Jack's role in the situation would have to be made public and that really isn't good news for the US's relations with China.

Also, I think he did slip him a different recorder. The one they had in the bank was this really sleek digital looking one that I thought looked more like a thermometer than a recorder. The one Jack passed off to him was definately the old-style mini-tape recorder with a mic at the top.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Totally in for Heller being president. Only problem is that he'd probably have to get assassinated during the season to give them something to possibly top this season's events (that would make it three presidents killed/maimed in three seasons, though).

I also totally called Cummings not having kill himself back when it happened, but none of my friends remembered it.

Did anyone else remember Chloe when she was on that short-lived show on Fox called The Sketch Show? I don't really remember if she was funny or not, I just remember she was on it.

(Also, how lol would it be to see Chloe standup. "So I was rerouting the subnet DNS socket last week...")

What about President Heller? We all know Novick is too evil looking of a guy to take office.

Also, what the heck happened to the Vice President in the past couple of episodes? I feel like CTU might have wanted to get him in on the call with the attourney general.

Yeah, I agree. I watched this week's episode with my dad, and he fell asleep during the last commercial break. By the time he had woken up, the good guys on the sub had been killed and Bierko had moved in.

It would have been much cooler had the episode ended with them asking if the sub had nuclear weapons onboard (prior to Bierko taking it over) and something happened that prevented CTU from finding out. Then we'd all be going, OH SHIT, THEY'RE GONNA GET NUKES ON THE SUB AND BLOW UP LA. Instead we just know that they have a submarine with a couple of missiles capable of taking out a few city blocks. My guesses being the presidential ranch and wherever the Russian head of state guy disappeared to (and perhaps CTU just so they can try and be assholes).

Quote:
BTW, where are these freaking cronies coming from? It's like every villain has a whole army at their disposal, just waiting in the shadows for them to escape from CTU custody.
They went to the James Bond school of villany.

You'll get to bang her in 24: The Game 2.

Unfortunately, for the most part, this game is much less action-packed and instead focuses on a Sims style gameplay of filing papers and figuring out what you want to buy for lunch from the cafeteria.
