I like how the FMV's suffered even more due to the exclusive widescreen TV bonus, and everyone had weird super crushed heads. There'd be a dramatic Yuna scene, but it was comedy, because her head was so crushed! "Tidus, I'm scared, my brain's being forced out of my ears".

That Euro price seems a bit like fantasy, this is Sony we're talking about here. They have a nasty habit of absolutely raping the PAL markets by just totally ignoring exchange rates. The region-free nature of the machine is still basically the best news ever, though.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

This is the first time I've been able to stream these things at home. E3 2006's going pretty well so far! *Delayed forever*

Guys, it should be working through here. But yeah, the music sounds like it's being played under the sea covered in whale blubber.

edit: olol way too slow ;_;

Why am I not surprised that a Sonic game managed to break it. Hell, Sonic even vanished from the screen in an attempt to escape his own terrible fate. ;_;

That actual box art is so 1997-ish. Here's a game about strolling around a fantasy world throwing barrels or whatever at monsters and the cover is all "BUT GUYS THE GAME HAS SOME TITS COME ON, LET'S MAKE SOME CAAAARAAAZY MONEY".

Well if the store's not run by a bunch of crappy morons, your reserved unit should be safe. I imagine they'd call for people to show their pre-order dockets in the line, then those left over fight for the remaining two and a half PS3's.

In theory, yeah. But who knows. ;_; Over here places like EB will hold any pre-order for up to two days, no matter what. But it's pretty hard to compare as our market is piss small. I guess your best bet would be to slog it out in line.

The logo on the spine seems to be going bottom to top (to sort of match the PS3 logo on the front I guess), that's like UNHEARD OF within the world of video game cases. New and scary territory, hold me. =(

I hate how they've dragged the awesome Sonic 2 credits song into the trailer of the new game. That's rape right there! And that bloody BLAZE from Sonic Rush is in there now. WHERE IS TAILS? ;_; They'll probably have him as the final boss, and he'll be a chainsaw or something.

All this Warhawk talk makes me lust for a sequel to the PS2's Sky Odyssey. SO AWESOME. I think it was a first party developed title and everything, come on Sony. ;_;

"Hmmmm, no! Tee hee"
"GIRLISH LAUGH! TIME TO RUN TO THE INTERNET, OBLIVION CONFIRMED!"
"No no really, come on, it's not. Come on. Ssh"
"Oh damn, but are you even thinking about it?"
"We're very busy right now, too busy to think"
"BUSY PORTING IT TO PS3? CONFIRMED AGAIN! TO THE INTERNET!"
"Naw naw. Naw. Come on now. Come on. Stop that"

*Months later*

"HAHA, OBLIVION FOR PS3! SURPRISE!"
"Oh okay cool"
"YEAH BUT.. IT WAS A GOOD SURPRISE RIGHT?"
"I suppose"
"... YEAH BUT.. COME ON, WE DID OUR BEST TO NOT LEAK THIS..."
"Mmm hmm"

Nope, those Sony titles work out at roughly $50 US, and that Sega Golf game is about $60. From Software's like Square-Enix in that they can charge whatever the hell they want and know Japan will still eat it up no matter how terrible it is. =)

An even better option would be to keep the thread on track about PS3 and its games and not argue over totally pointless stuff such as a thermosensor or how much Xbox 360 stuff costs!

That railing shot with the buildings in the background is really nice. There was no need to make 'Better than Hawk' a question though, the TH series has been horse shit for years now. :]

Quite a lot considering a huge chunk of Nintendo licensed titles over the past few years have been co-developed by third parties. Sega (AV) on F-Zero GX, Namco on Starfox Arse Fault, Capcom on the GBC Zelda's. Hell, the developer of Blinx is making Yoshi's Island 2. They're also publishing more and more games by small time third party developers themselves now. CiNG (Trace Memory, Hotel Dusk), Agenda (Clubhouse Games), so forth. But I'm going completely off-topic which is shit so the end.
