PSP movie converting?
Okay, so here's the problem:
I recently bought a psp, and I bought some games and a UMD movie to get the general taste of the machine... However, I'd like to start making my own PSP movies from now on. I have a lot of DVD's laying around I'd like to copy to my 2 gig Memory Stick Pro Duo. It just seems so HARD to do this GOOD on a macintosh. I have handbrake, which in my opinion is the best movie converting tool for the mac. I also recently read that with the lastest firmware updates you'd be able to play H.264/AAC encoded content on the PSP (which incidentally is my preferred video compression format) However, when I copied a H.264 movie converted with Handbrake to my PSP memory stick, it said movie type not supported. God only knows what I'm doing wrong... Seems they could have made this easier on people. Anyways! Any help on H.264 encoding and playback on my PSP would be ENORMOUSLY appreciated. I've been looking around for hours on the internet trying to figure out a good way to do this without having to resort to those crappy freeware programs that don't give you much breathing room to toy around with quality settings. I'd much prefer sticking to Handbrake. I just can't figure out why it won't accept my compressions... Thanks! Jam it back in, in the dark. |
what i know is there program call 3GP Converter v0.34 but for only WindowsNT/2000/XP/ME/98/95
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Yeah, that's not what I need... I need a comprehensive guide to the best encoding results on a Mac. I'm absolutely sure someone here must be able to help me.
Right? :-D Thanks for trying anyways. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
