I have a mini of Backup I made for my journal
http://untipo.malasinfluencias.com/bside.htm

Not sure if all work as I cannot check them right now (school), but I hope some albums can be saved.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Well guys I have an idea. Let me know what do you think.

Seeing that I've missed pretty much the whole new incarnation of this project I thought that, by the end of the month (or something) we could just torrent the albums posted so far.

If we keep the unzipped folders without changes and put them in a main folder then seeding would be super easy for the ones who have downloaded a few albums and want to get the rest, at the same time we could reach new members who find downloading via hosting 3rd parties too much hassle.

Think about it, as the music nuts we are this could be great for archiving purposes.

First I thought using a public tracker but that may lead to unwanted attention. Then I remembered that GFF has it's own tracker, it's lossless I know, but seeing this will be a unique exception I don't think it would be too much problem for cilegray (I hope).

So, what do you guys think?

Also, before the crash we were planning a contest for the albums uploaded, remember? Let the ideas flow.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I was wondering if someone could re upload that Regina Spektor album, thanks!

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I just posted to say that I've been enjoying Millionaire A LOT. Best album posted in while, period.

Also, just to let you know about this blog, who does the very same thing we do:

Pure quality!

I was speaking idiomatically.

I'm still with the idea that a big torrent every month or so would be good for archiving purposes, if we keep the folder intact the downloads some dudes could actually help the initial seeders.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Hey Moon, is your FTP still available for the club? I think I could use it to directly upload my albums instead of sendspace, the lack of resuming my uploads always kill my patience, thanks.
