[Album] The Metal Thread! (The Zombie Edition)

Recently I have been hooked to both Disarmonia Mundi and Deadlock. Mundi's maintaining Soilwork's Natural Born Chaos atmosphere with a Predator's Portrait feel. Quite good. Same for Deadlock actually.

As for upcoming releases, waiting for Kalmah's new release and Wintersun's new release as well. Any bands of the similar caliber (and yes, I know Soilwork, DT, In Flames et al).

And is Pig Destroyer cool or nope?

Regarding Rammstein, is it Industrial or Metal? Just asking because I'm confused.

So far I've listened to some samples of Pig Destroyer's Terrifyer and am quite impressed.

Another band I listen to is Eternal Tears of Sorrow. No, not their very last release but.. albums like Chaotic Beauty and A Virgin and a Whore.

And.. is Scar Symmtery any good?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Kalmah's new album, The Black Waltz is great. However, the vocals are now polar opposites and all of that. Now the deep hoarse voice dominates rather than the screeched one. For all that though, Bitter Metallic Side and One from the Stands are what stands out to me right now. The others are pretty.. uh, difficult to get into but as said, it grows overtime.
