Disaster Report 3
I am EXCITE that this is even happening, but PSP? Really? I sure hope Irem's figured out how to improve upon the GoldenEye 007 frame rate the two PS2 games suffered from. But at least this makes it import friendly masturbation. If you haven't played Disaster Report (SOS The Final Escape in PAL lando) it's basically like California Games mixed with Alley Cat and a touch of Zombies Ate My Neighbours except it's nothing like those games at all so you sh The only person in Japan that has a scanner is on vacation, so here's this God awful large JPEG! But you can still see. Still see the awesome. Spoiler:
YOU CAN SIT ON A BENCH. MAYBE IT WILL BREAK. WHAT A DISASTER. How ya doing, buddy? |
So is this game like Lost in Blue, but instead of an island it's a city? I never heard of this game before, bad me. Sounds interesting though, and there's a lack of zombies in those scans.
There's nowhere I can't reach.

They're like survival horror games, but without the zombies and the monsters and the collecting ace of spade keys to unlock doors in police stations. Sort of! First game had you trying to escape a city that was being hit with earthquakes, second game you had to survive a flood.
Lots of =O situations! This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
That sounds more interesting. Movie zombies don't scare me, but apparently game zombies do. I can't get past a zombie in a thin hallway in REmake so I suck. Hard. When's this game coming out? Guess I shouldn't ask if the Japanese version isn't even out yet.
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
December in Japan, probably anywhere between three months to a year for the rest of the world.

And what about Auurrrrstraliarrrrrr? >=0
Survive a flood? An earthquake? The answer is to hide under your desk! That's what the films in school told us to do! What an over-complicated game What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?
Hey, maybe you should try that thing Chie was talking about.

Banned in oztralia for portraying natural disasters in a negative light.
FELIPE NO |
Needs more tidal waves with faces, yes? =x
A FLOOD IS JUST A GIANT FUCKING POOL PARTY. WHAT IS THIS SHIT, GUYS. AND WHERE ARE THE CATGIRLS?! What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?
Hey, maybe you should try that thing Chie was talking about.

Proper screens are out now in a cinema near you. It looks great for a PSP game, which means the frame rate will probably be in the single digits. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
This looks pretty neat. I just hope you don't survive the mystery disaster of exploding buses and collapsing bences by holing up in a city cave far from everything you need to live. Lost in Blue looked pretty neat too until I played it, and I'd rather not waste several hours of my time barely escaping death by drinking subway coconuts.
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Personally I find the total lack of other survivors in those screenshots disappointing. I can understand Lost in Blue since it's set on a deserted island, but a city?? What?
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
