Any Freeware Icon editor?

I can't find any freeware one.
Realworld is really good one but it limited only 30 days-use.
Could you guys suggest a decent one to me? Thanks in forward.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
Sorry for being an idiot in GRAMMAR.

Looking at Sourceforge.net, I was able to find several free/open source icon editors:

VariIcons Icon Editor

LiquidIcon XP

I have not used any of these myself, but you may want to try both and see if they will work for you.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Thanks.
VariIcons look good but It's not in english.
I don't find any import image in this 2, or it couldn't be done in both program?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

How idiot of me, I've just found that Photoshop can do that perfectly.
All I need is plug in which is freeware for anyone who interest, here is the link
Icon Plugin for PhotoShop - Icon Plugin for Photoshop enhances Adobe Photoshop with an ability to export and import Windows icons.
