driver temporary folder perhaps? Maybe it dumps old drivers, or files that drivers need when installed?

I think you used unattended Winxp that why you have folder on C driver call drvrtmp,that one used for install drivers for your pc

Don't some driver packs (like ones from nVidia or scanners or junk like that) generally unpack to a folder? It's usually stupidly generic in name so when you want to delete that unknown 60MB folder you have no way of knowing if it's useful or not.
