Nujabes Posthumous Album "Spiritual State"

Island featuring Uyama Hiroto & Haruka Nakamura For me it started out with two samurai and a girl. Then I downloaded the OST and became a fan of the Hip Hop genius, Nujabes. Yesterday, his third and last release dropped, "Spiritual State." It's a mix of mellow tunes and beats while incorporating his distinctive rap and jazz samples. Cise Star and Uyama Hiroto once again pay homage to the late artist. With a strong focus on the transient, temporary, and ephemeral the album shows us that death is a inevitable transition that can be beautiful, moving, and inspiring.
