Warcraft III sounds echo!
I recently installed Warcraft III for my little brothers, and had to use a mounted ISO because their CD's are so scratched. So of course, I had to use a No-CD crack, which I did. The sound echos! The CD is too scratched for me to put it in and try it with the CD, it won't even start up. Any suggestions? Any No-CD cracks that you know work without altering anything (in case the No-CD crack is the cause). Thank you!

I generally eschew no-CD cracks (which may not shut out all protection, may break certain features, and are obsoleted in game updates) in lieu of fixed images.
I'm not sure what specific version of Warcraft III you have, so ... GameCopyWorld - WarCraft 3: Reign of Chaos - No-CD No-DVD Trainers & Game Fixes GameCopyWorld - WarCraft 3: Frozen Throne - No-CD No-DVD Trainers & Game Fixes Alternatively, as Warcraft III is protected by SecuROM, you might want to try out some anti-SecuROM tools and play the game while mounted on your favorite emulation tool (Alcohol 120% or Daemon Tools). What these tools do is 'hide' the virtual drives from view, making the game think you're actually running it from a real CD. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
