Backup of emails in Outlook Express

Hello, dudes. I have this seven year old computer, which has trouble running Minesweeper and stuff. I want to be rid of it, because it's bloody useless. However, before I do this, I would like a copy of all the emails and the adress book I have in Outlook Express.
I need some kind of program, but what? Can I get such a program for free?
I need some answers, and I really hope you guys can help me!

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Just look in your settings for the profile directory, go to that directory in Windows Explorer, and copy its contents to another directory for backing up. On the new computer, place those files in a folder and set the profile directory to that folder.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

OR you could use Outlook Express's Own backup utility.

They put it in there for this specific reason, I swear.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
