Alrighty, brackets updated.

Two remaining matches... Urgently, Slash and Kairyu need to get their match done. They're still in the first round of the losers bracket. <_<

We need to get this moving so we can advance with the 2v2 Tournament.

So I decided I can't wait any longer for this tournament to be stalled. Slash seems to be really distressed as of lately and I don't want him bothered by this tournament... And he didn't respond to my PMs regarding the tournament... So I've decided to drop him from the tournament. Kai, on the other hand, got back to me.

I wanna keep this moving, so I'll have the brackets and current matches updated really soon.

Chaotic: We've been having a lot of trouble getting our schedules worked out. My shifts at work got changed just this week unexpectedly, so yeah.

Speaking of which, I'm open pretty much all day today until midnight PST.

EDIT: Scratch that, my parents want me to run some errands for 'em. I dunno when I'll be back =\

Wow, I'd wager to say that this was the absolute finest online Brawl session I've ever had!

I won 3-1, but with the exception of one match (where I destroyed him with Ike), every single fight was epic and ended in a fucking miraculous way.

First fight:
Link (me) vs Young Link (Kai)

Ended with me doing a mid-air Down+A (sword stab) on a pile of bob-ombs instead of Kai, sent us both flying off the screen where I died mere FRAMES before he did. Undoubtedly the coolest finish to a match I've ever encountered.

Winner: Kai

Second fight:
Ike vs. Kirby

Not much to say here, it was a horrorshow for Kai though

Winner: Me

Third fight:
Snake vs. Yoshi

Ugh, I HATE the glacier level... We played a fairly even match... and then suddenly, THAT FUCKING FISH gulped us both, sending us into sudden death! A carefully placed mortar (up+A) finished it in my favor. It was fucking tense though! And so many smash balls!

Winner: Me

Fourth Fight:
Meta Knight vs Link

This was just an all-out great match, with nothing out of the ordinary. I came out on top in a real tight finish.

Great games, dude. We definitely need to play again sometime soon!

Great match, Turbo came from a 1 to 3 deficit to even the playing field, but I came out on top afterwards.

Second match: Ike (me) vs Fox (Turbo)

I thought I was screwed in this match because of how fast Fox is compared to Ike, but Ike's heavy sword made fox steaks out of Fox

Winner: Me

Third match: Snake vs Lucario

A pretty solid match with nothing out of the ordinary to report.

Is anybody else having problems trying to connect online? I was thinking my IP address might have changed at first but now I'm guessing it's because of Mario Kart Wii. I had to retry about a dozen times before I finally got in. Nintendo seriously needs larger servers.
