Do you mean that he has the same moves or that it is the same character? because as far as i know there is a non-robotic char named Dark Sagat.
Edit: I also need soulgen, all the versions of him i found were broken.

It looked similar to the one in the screenie, but upon comparing them again, I'm thinking the one you were looking for is the second version of that same stage (the evening version) and the one I had was the daytime set.
Again, my sincerest apologies for that ! Well, if I do happen to come across it and you still haven't been able to obtain it by then, I'll be sure to get it uploaded as soon as I find it.

I was thinking it could be like this: if you have a ryu from marvel vs capcom, put it under "street fighter" with the name "ryu(mvsc)

About the space, if this one fills up, anyone can create another
