Not much of an opinion really. The voice over was only added to sate corporate executives who thought people were too stupid to understand the movie without it.
It's a far better movie without them, although it's nice to have the original versions for archival purposes if anything else. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
I was not impressed with the final cut largely because the audio track is now really, really "wet". All they did was amp up all the background noise and music to the same level as the dialouge so it sounds like an ugly fucking mess.
The physical additions to the movie aren't bad, especially the correction of the dove flying away, but the sound completely ruins this version. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? ![]() |
I wouldn't say it COMPLETELY ruins it... I noticed what you're talking about, but it didn't take me out of the film too much.
