And there is some weird region protection on it. Even with a Gold Japanese account, I can't grab it. Could be locked out of Canada. Wouldn't be the first time.

Bad news for me even when the USA demo is released. It looks like several XBLA games and demos detect your ISP and won't let you download even if you have a USA/Japan account. I can't buy any of the Xbox Originals, Smash TV, Penny Arcade, Gears of War DLC, and some demos like Crackdown.
Not that I need the demo to buy the game anyways, but since i have to wait for a month for the game to arrive, I was kinda hoping to get it to warm up a little .

Apparently they're not paying him bonuses or his due. Honestly, considering that guy carried that company, in spite of how any one might feel about how he's pretty much an ass in his interviews, the only reason most people think of Tecmo is either Ninja Gaiden or Dead or Alive. Fatal Frame and Monster Rancher are pretty obscure in comparison, and to kind of shit on your one man cash machine is pretty foolish.

It means microsoft game studios paid quite a bit of the developmental costs of Ninja Gaiden II. So there is very little chance of any variation of NGII coming to the triple. If it does, prepare for Tecmo to be hit with a possible company destroyin' lawsuit.

For those starting out, there's an achievement for getting through the game using only one melee weapon (Using the Bow & Arrow doesn't count), meaning you don't switch out to anything else. Just a quick heads up if you wanted to do that.

I just got the game a couple days ago but I've barely started playing so I'm only on Chapter 2. Pretty fun so far, but of course, difficult in a few areas.

I really think if you don't absolutely love this game despite it's faults you're gigantic bleeding vagina. There are no exceptions.

This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. It's more than numerous flaws can be easily overcome in a lot of areas, but in others, they become so readily apparent that they suck the fun out of this faster than the speed you shoot down the Live leaderboards.

The camera is the biggest culprit by a mile and a half. I don't understand how it's terrible for EVERY BOSS FIGHT. Every single one. There's only one enemy to focus on for the most part, why does this not function properly? Jesus.

There are other issues both technically and logistically, but I'm going to finish this first to see if they improve or worsen before drawing final judgement.
