At first it looked like Okami when you enter a colour drained zone, but I'm actually going to guess Haunting Ground because that's the other game in which I think it has the effect.

Amayirot's got it...it's the scene right after you get to the rooftop of the first building and the helicopter lands a hit a few yards away from you and the woman pretty much forces you to jump off the building while holding onto her, and her rope.
