I'm swapping sides now. This show's fucking amazing. It's getting viewing priority over 24 now. This is one of the few shows I watch that's kept up ridiculous intensity and has answered questions (sup Lost).

Spider-man 3 preview next week too.

Oh my god. Ohmygodohmygodohmygod.

Do you understand how good it feels to love something like this and then watch as the episodes actually get... BETTER?

Tonight's episode was so good. So so good. I can't get enough of Claire getting fucked up in different ways and this episode was chock full of the best. When she spat that bullet out and was just immediately all cool about it... *gasp while looking up* So badass.

Writing: great, pacing: great, effects: great, new information: great.

Okay, so I'm just geeking out without being specific now. Without praddling on for paragraphs and paragraphs more, let's just say the whole episode was fantastic.

Wow, thanks for the translation, Drex. I had no idea what Grail was talking about. Does anyone actually call soda, pop? That sounds like something out of the 1920's.

"I'm gonna get me some'a dat dere pop. Twenty-three skidoo."
For the record, every single canadian i've met, and everybody i know calls it pop.

As for this past episode, interesting. My dad watched it first and taped it for me, as i was out last night and tonight. He told me lots got answered, but i have more questions than answers right now.

I'm assuming i wasn't the only one who noticed the Hatian Man's necklace was the same symbol as Jessica's tattoo.

We still don't know the true motives behind Bennet's company, or what they do for that matter.

How exactly does the company go about finding these people? If they are able to just pick up people who they know have powers, then shouldn't Hiro have been recognized by his father?

Those are the three big ones on my mind. And how much you wanna bet Lindermann's in charge of this company.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I agree, this last episode left many questions unanswered, but at least it finally vindicated Mr. Bennet. It's been such a pain trying to figure out what side he's on.

Still, despite not having the most important questions as to who exactly runs this human policing company and whatnot being answered, I think this last episode was brilliantly written. It answered just enough to satisfy the endless yearning; still, it left enough open to keep you coming back for more. I'm certain that if all the questions were answered, many would not tune in for future installments.

Spoiler:
So, was I the only one who found Mr. Bennet's supervisor's sudden appearance in his house to be slightly unexpected? It seemed like he was trying to keep everything silent while he went into the "paper company", yet this man found out anyway. I don't know. I just didn't see him coming at all. However, his interference wasn't completely that shocking. Afterall, something had to go wrong.

I'm also quite glad that we finally have an answer as to how Claire managed to get out of Texas and head into the big city. I kept on wondering when she'd cut the cord and start traveling.

About the only disappointment for me, personally, was there was no true Hiro action. Sure, there was him as a small boy, but that's not as much fun. Oh well, I shall eagerly wait for next week so that I can get my dose of Hiro-ness.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Alright, this episode was awesome, the best one yet imo just with overall drama and character development. That's all I'm gonna say before I go on a huge paragraph about all of this, but also the last five minutes summed up everything about Mr. Bennett that I thought from the beginning, and in a way, it was a good way to kinda

Spoiler:
end his run. The confusing part is, he is in next weeks episode, even though his brain was completely wiped of Claire...think the company kept him?

The previews for next week are interesting enough, and well....I'm having a "Zomg that is fucking creepy" when it showed

Spoiler:
Simone up and going "GONNA SHOOT ME AGAINZ?!" I got chills...so I want to know what the fuck is up with her. I'm scared ;____;

YOU are geeking out? During the episode last night, I did the whole Heroes on-line thing and while the episode played out on TV, I was getting IMs from Wireless on my computer.

That is the ultimate geek out.

Additional Spam:
How exactly does the company go about finding these people? If they are able to just pick up people who they know have powers, then shouldn't Hiro have been recognized by his father?
Who even knows if Hiro is Takai's son? He might be doing the same thing as Bennet and raising a super-powered child as his own.

And in the DNA code. And on Hiro's sword. And in Isaac's paintings. [Painted as JUST a big symbol, on a few different canvases, in the first few episodes.]

And I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot more. I remember watching it from the beginning though, and spotting the symbol all over the place. I wonder what's up with it.

ANYWAY, about this week's episode... I'm in just about as much awe as everybody else. This was a great episode, for many reasons. I'm just kinda sad though, that

Spoiler:
Bennet had to go.

I liked him. The last few minutes of the episode were really powerful.

SenorKaffe- I hope that happens. That would be so awesome, yet sad, but awesome nevertheless.

Okay, I guess I'm the only loser who rewatched the promo for next weeks episode but.

Spoiler:
HRG is back in New York with Issac...it's the shot right after zombie!Simone is all like "Wanna shot me again, huh huh huh?"

Also I caught that HRG was trying to make it seem like it was all the Hatian's fault. That Thompson guy at the end of the episode was all like "Man, I can't believe the Hatian did that right in front of you, boy are you stupid for not figuring that out."

So I wouldn't count him out on the shows. Not spoilers but just speculation.

Last night's episode was so great that I immediately watched it again after I got home from work today to get every last detail I could. Oh man, was that awesome. I liked the focus on just one set of the characters for a change instead of all the jumping around like they normally do.

BTW, I agree, Heroes 360 with receiving messages from Wireless was the ultimate geek out experience! It made that episode feel even more real.

EDIT: Nice follow up with the weekly comic too, very touching

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Was that wireless as the nurse, or is that another new hero.

THe show just gets better and better.

Very interesting to see Hiro's father is deeply involved in this, I'm also thinking if Hiro is indeed his real son. It might just be the company gives those highly special children to the top guys in the company. That would also suggest the Jessica's role within the company, is far deeper than just an assasin!

Spoiler:

LOL Nathan punches Jessica in the face!!
Who is linderman?? From the back he looks like the architect from the matrix reloaded, how ironic!

Did anybody notice the scene 14 years ago with Claire, Mr. Bennet, and Hiro's father takes place on the roof where Peter and Simone kissed? Nothing in this show is a coincidence, so I'd bet that this will be important later on. It also explains why Claude frequents that area.

I just have to say that this show is where the action is. This latest episode shows just how much potential this show has. The story can keep moving fast, but yet not too fast, and at the same time be chock full of action/drama. I can't believe people like something like LOST over this...

In non-comparison news, this episode was great to revealing Bennett's seemingly contradictary actions. Now it makes (much) more sense. The biggest question is, where does this all lead? Shortly summarized, there is an organization that takes in "Heroes" and tracks/catalogs them. And they want to keep this all secret, at the pain of death for their employees.

The biggest question is, what is this company trying to accomplish? I'm sure they are not trying to be the Hero-pedia library. And why do they "hire/enlist" some of the Heroes, but not others?

What would you do if you knew there were people like Ted or Sylar out there? Shouldn't people with potentially dangerous powers be watched to make sure they aren't endangering the lives of innocent bystanders?

Abducting people, brainwashing them and tracking them like animals in the wild is not very cool, but is it necessary? Would/Could these superhumans deal with being treated this way? What about their families?

Claude mentioned vivisection, and really I think that's crossing the line between morally grey and just wrong, especially considering that it doesn't seem that people who get taken by HRG's organization don't have a choice in the matter.

However, if I had a family and we lived right next to Ted, and I found out about his radioactive powers...well...I'd be pretty damn scared, and I'm not sure if I'll be too sympathetic to a guy who has the potential to give everyone surrounding him cancer...especially if he may not be able to control it.

I think that Ted is on a deathlist of sorts. Also, they kill people with powers deemed to dangerous and/or out of control. Which then makes me conflicted. It's not Ted's fault that he was born with this ability.

I think it's interesting to notice how HRG and his boss refer to superpowered humans as "them". Almost as if superhumans are not human any more. Which would probably make it easier on their conscience to handle invading these people's privacy so much.

Frankly, all of this is the reason why I think HRG is still not completely good. I mean he felt moved to do something about this when it regarded someone he knew and cared about. But ethically, it's still pretty grey.

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

LOL yeh, I think it was far more interesting that when a hero is hurt they cannot control their powers, atleast those heroes that have the on/off option. Both the nuke guy and claude had difficulty controlling their powers when they were shot.

For those who watched the promo for next week.
Spoiler:
Whats Simone's power, is she an immortal?? Or do you think she is working under the same organisation as Bennett??
Is Linderman Nathan and Peter's father???

for Simone:

Spoiler:
I'm pretty that she's dead and the little scene we saw in the promo is like a flashback or something from Isaac, maybe he feel guilty and saw that or maybe he's coming crazy. It could be a new hero that can shapeshift. You know close to the end of the last episode, when Bennet and his Boss are checking Matt, Bennet ask about the "nurse" if she's one of them and the boss said that she his and will be very useful of something... but I really don't think it's a new hero, I'm pretty sure it's just a vision from Isaac because he feel guilty of her death

Heroes 360 also occurs during live episodes where you go and click on the "Interact with Heroes!" panel on the middle of the main Heroes page. You create an account, and then during the show you get polls, questions seeing if you can predict what happens next, and facts. It's pretty cool, but hard to keep up with both the show AND the website at the same time due to how my computer is positioned such that I can only look at one of them at a time.

Spoiler:
I hope that Mr. Bennett returns soon since he's becoming one of my favorite characters. I dunno why, but after I totally thought he was a jerk in the first couple of episodes, I kind of think he's become pretty cool in the last few ones

Yep, I agree with the rest of you saying the show rocks. I was kind of weary when I saw the first episode at the beginning, but after watching a couple after that I got hooked. There are somany story lines and they all interweave, and its just awesome. There are going to be some pretty intense drama and action in the next few episodes.
