Eh, I think this is a little early but Namco's release some stuff for Ridge Racer 7. The game's not due for ~7 months, and none of these look like in-game stuff. However, they've mentioned that this and Tekken will be at E3. Enjoy these for what they're worth.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Here's what appears to be the online interface: ![]() Looks like Reiko Nagase, the series' main lady, is getting old. ![]() And here's Ai Fukami from RRV's intro for a nice comparison. ![]() What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? ![]() The text is part of the image and the two squires aren't exactly even. |
PS3 confirmed to be playable in E3.
Sexilicious. FELIPE NO ![]() |
Interesting news. I could skip Ridge Racer 6 and head right to 7. That is, if Sony can get into my good graces enough to erase the whole DRM/Rootkit issue, their 1-disk-1-ps3 anti-piracy lunacy, how they screwed over Fiona Apple's latest release to make it sound like it was performed by a drunken cover band, and the list goes on...
What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

- That was a rumor, the only one shot down by Sony themselves. It was based on Kutaragi's interest in certain protection methods and some comments he made on it. - Maybe she has no talent? It's possible, but again, this is something far removed from the division in charge of computer entertainment and even farther from PS3 software and hardware development. If you don't like Sony, and there's tons of reasons not to, the best way to get at them is not buying ANY of their stuff. Hit them where it hurts. Jam it back in, in the dark. ![]() The text is part of the image and the two squires aren't exactly even. |
That's some good news SOLDIER. I wonder what companies will have playable PS3 stuff?
There's nowhere I can't reach. ![]() |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oooooooh. Most amazing jew boots ![]() |
Damn that's impressive.
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
I don't believe for a second that you're actually impressed, but it's true that while good, it doesn't quite look like the trailer they released during the PS3's unveiling. Still, the final judgment will be in the direct feed trailers coming next week. I just hope they don't try to oversexualize the main character. Female characters that can be taken seriously are becoming a dying breed.

Again with the chicks wearing a skirt kicking many soldiers/mercenaries asses. Damn Japanese and there stupid, idiotic fantasies.
Anyhoo, it looks good, but I wanna see it in action. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
I'm pretty sure an american developer is making this, not Japan. Also, it's not like they had jeans or anything during whatever era this takes place in.
It's not the attire that bugs me, it's if they throw in a dozen pantyshots and endlessly bouncing breasts. FELIPE NO ![]() |
Yeah, it's a UK-based company. But I hate those fuckin' concepts (which are mainly Japanese) of girls in G-Strings, who's shaped like a fuckin' stock, fighting hordes of Gladiators.
How ya doing, buddy? |
Good thing her chest has enough bloom lighting to kill everyone who dares to take a peek.
Jam it back in, in the dark. |
Oh Infernal Monkey, how you brighten my day.

...it's HDR lighting. ![]() This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |

Heavenly Sword
It looks alright... I mean, jesus, they could tone down the fucking glow a bit, but other than that, looks like it could be a decent hack-n-slash game. I was speaking idiomatically. ![]() |
Holy crap the pics on this page made my browser explode.
Anyway guys, time to act surprised! According to http://www.gamefront.de/ Sony will show a new revision of the PS3-Controller at E3 and it will have its own motion detection technology. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
Good gods, the madness spreads. I seriously hope that the motion detection deal is nothing but a rumour...

![]() Who couldn't see this shocker coming a mile away? If it turns out to be true, it will probably be half-assed because of how rushed it will be. Good job Sony. There's nowhere I can't reach. ![]() |
What you fail to realize, Mr. Nintendo Faithful, is that if Sony did implement this feature to their controller, it would be merely an addition and not a required part of their overall strategy. Nintendo is basing their entire system to the motion controller. If this rumor was true, I believe it's basically Sony saying "look, we can do it too. Ain't no thang."
Now if they market this feature in a way that basically says PS3 has both a motion sensing controller AND the best graphics by far, well....let's just say that wouldn't be good for Nintendo's side. ![]() This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. ![]() |
How ya doing, buddy? |
I'm pretty sure MGS4 is going to play good....

If Sony adds motion sensors in their controllers, it would probably actually help boost Wii sales. Since the feature is gameplay-related, Sony will likely do a half-assed job at it. People will get a taste of what true 3D control is like, and once they see that Wii does it 100 times better, they'll say "eff Sony lolz" and go for the Wii.
All this is doing is showing all the skeptics a taste of what the Wii can offer with the comfort of not actually having to buy a Wii beforehand. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? ![]() |
