Omg, im sorry guys. I should have put Nissan and probably saab up there, but Im llaaammmmeee and it wasnt one of the first 20 to pop into my head. Nissan should definently be up there. You have rights to make a "Who thinks Delorean is a jackass for not putting Nissan on the poll" poll.
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Most luxury cars are bought purely for the status symbol. Same with Volvo, Audi, Lexus, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Porche, Infiniti, etc. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. ![]() |
After driving a Volvo for the past two years, I wouldn't have any other kind of car. Yes, they are ugly cars, but it is a safe car. <3

I can't believe KIA is on there lol.
FELIPE NO |
A Scion is technically a Toyota, by all intents and purposes.

I work for a Chrysler dealership. I like Dodge.
A few Chrysler products are Mitsubishi made, and let me tell you, I DESPISE working on those. Also, the Chrysler Crossfire is a Mercedes Benz deal, and it isn't any better a car. The Mercedes Sprinters (the big ole' cargo vans) usually drop a motor around 200k miles. One thing I think is that people will buy an American car just because they really don't know much about cars. Then, when they deny putting regular maintenance into it, running it into the ground, and cursing it, they decide that an foreign make is all of a sudden better. Some foreign cars are generally more sustainable (probably just Honda and Toyota), but the rest of them really aren't all that much better. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
DeLorean. Although, I love other manufactures, the DeLorean is my favorite vehicle of all time. If I had a seond one it would have to be Chevy, mainly because of the amount of racing engines and cars we use at our racetrack.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
I'm quite fond of Chrysler these days....mostly because they have some very nice, innovative designs that don't look like generic 'electric shavers' (like so many of BMW's models...). Maybe they're not the most reliable, as I've heard from some people, but they sure as heck look nice.
Sorry, I'm quite shallow when it comes to my cars ![]() I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
Which product in particular are you speaking of, Arkhangelsk? Perhaps I could tell you a bit more about it.
I was speaking idiomatically. |
For Chrysler, I'm one of (the bazillion) fans of the PT Cruiser, and I'm rather fond of the Crossfire as well. ![]() ![]() Not to mention the Prowler, which was fucking awesome. ![]() Of course, I like old cars as a general rule...right up to about the mid-60s/early 70s. The 80s were mostly shit to me, as are the 90s and beyond with few exceptions. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
Ah. The PTs are nice. As long as you don't rough ride them, they will do you good. I haven't seen any PTs with drastic failures. But past warranty, the repairs might be a bit pricy, because the underhood area is so small, they are harder to work on sometimes. Parts are cheap, though, so it generally balances out. Expect a transmission leak, however.
Crossfires are German designed and produced. Everything on them is Mercedes Benz. Possibly cheap to buy, but EXPENSIVE to upkeep. I just replaced some weatherstrips on one, and I sort of fucked them up (cut 'em too short). Just one ran aro.und 130 dollars. My boss had to spend around 500 bucks to replace them all. They're neato, but I personally think they're shitmobiles. The Prowler...those are rare as fuck. You'll see one in the shop once maybe every 2 or 3 months (and this is Vegas). We'll work on 30 Vipers before a Prowler comes in. I've never even driven one. Before Plymouth was disbanded, the Prowlers were labeled as Plymouths. FELIPE NO |
I've always been partial to Mitsubishi cars because I find them more appealing than any other car. However, cars like the Eclipse and Diamente are ugly to me.
What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? |
![]() Then again, I think Mercedes-Benz are releasing those under their name, right? I love those stupid things. First saw them in Italy, and thought they were the craziest, most wonderful idea ever. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
Im going with Mazda. For 2 reasons.
I own a Mazda 3, and it drives like a dream. There are better cars out there, but for the price and the ride, I love this car. Most amazing jew boots ![]() |
it's nissan for me. fun, reliable, not too expensive. they have something for everybody. i don't think i'll buy another manufacturer. Carlos Ghosn turned the company around and in 2001, i bought my 1st Nissan. i remember the commercial for the Maximas that year too. it defintiely got my attention. It was sliding throught the desert... "The 2001 Nissan Maxima. Horsepower: 222. Cars Like It: 0"
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Anyway. Subaru's are by far the best cars on the road. A testament to this is that my friend clocked up a staggering 600,000 kms on the one engine before it finally died. I feel so bad about writing off my '91 L series, it had only done 190,000ks! Most amazing jew boots |
My favorite is definitely Volvo. They're so sturdy and they last forever. They're like little tanks. If you're ever in an accident, you want to be in a Volvo.
Plus, they're all boxy and cute...at least the older ones are. I really don't like the way that Volvo has rounded out the corners on their cars in the last couple of years, but I guess that makes them more aerodynamic. I despise American-made cars. Every one I've ever owned has turned out to be a fragile piece of crap. I was speaking idiomatically. |
So uh... who edited my poll? I sure as fuck didnt put DeLorean and Studebaker on there. I didn't put DeLorean up there because they arent alive... no cars being made.
What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
I drive a Subaru Impreza and it's an incredible car. There's very little on the road that'll beat me from the lights and even less that can go round corners as fast as I can. Add to that it has yet to break down and is very comfortable on long journeys and I think you'd struggle to find a better car.
I wouldn't say Subaru were my favourite manufacturor though. I'd rather have a Mitsubishi Lancer (For styling reasons, and they're slightly less common over here). Also, I'd really like to have a Pagani Zonda, a Bugatti Vaeron, a Gillet Vertigo or any number of other, ridiculous super cars. Chances are I'll never be able to afford one though. Thing is, there's far too many car companys out there to have a favourite. I really love Noble M12s though. I almost bought one until I realised that I couldn't afford the repayments on a £30,000 loan and the insurance and petrol would bankrupt me... FELIPE NO ![]() ![]() |
What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?
I'm so sorry for my english! :/

My personal fav would be Toyota and BMW. Currently I drive a silver Toyota RAV4, and a lot of my friends love my car, lol.
BMW's Z3 is just a beauty...omg, I'd so love to have a car like that, lol. Mom drives a X5, but she's thinking about trading it to have a X3... Jam it back in, in the dark. |
i'd say a McLaren. Can't get enough of this beast.
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
