In your second point, I will also play doubles if I can blame my partner. I don't play doubles because I CAN'T DO THAT!!!!!
Last year I played doubles for my school team with this totally inept fool. He was literally afraid of the net. When I was serving, he would gradually keep backing up to the baseline during the point. We had to run a lot of laps for that. When we got farther in the season he got a little better, but it was still annoying to have to play with him.

I prefer singles over doubles, and I'm glad that's what I'll be playing this year.

Uh.... I'm really into golf. Once the golf season actually starts, I go to the driving range close to every second day or every third day. This year, I have to get a yearly membership at the golf club because honestly, I'm good, but I get really frustrated when I can't hit the ball straight all the time and it ends up going on the course next over and the people get really upset. Oh, the fun and crazy fun of golf.

I also play badminton quite a bit. Singles isn't my thing because I'm really clumsy on my feet and I can't move fast enough, but I'm great when it comes to mens doubles or mixed doubles since I have a really long reach and a really hard smash.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I don't really play any sports these days, but I used to play a lot of field hockey and tennis. I also used to swim at a fairly reasonable level.

I'm a pretty fistworthy field hockey player. I don't know what level I'll be playing at exactly though because the season hasn't started and I've moved away from home and will be re-graded so to speak at my new club. Before I left though the A1s side asked me to play for them. That's town level I guess. Above that is regional level and then playing for your state.

I used to play cricket but I've decided to play again next season because I just get too bored over summer. I'm pretty laughable at cricket and expect to play in the bottom division.

But realy I'll kick around any ball that's kicked too me. I've played Aussie rule before and I'm thinking of signing up for the student village soccer tourneyment. Should be fun.

I played soccer when I was in high school and loved it. But after my two surgeries my doctor warned me that I'm not supposed to run anymore, which means I won't be able to play soccer for the rest of my life... Oh well, at least I got to play it when I was able to.

Badminton and ping-pong would be the only things that I can do so far, and swimming, if that also counts as sports.

Bah this sucks. I'm playing in a Long Island regional tennis tournament this weekend and I get stuck playing this kid that I know is better than me. When play at the same tennis place on Wednesdays. I'm going to need a miracle and some kick ass shots to pull this off.

It's better to play with someone who's good. That way, you can make yourself play better too.

I shoot hoops on occasion, and I really like baseball. Too bad none of my friends are into sports. I don't play that often, but it's fun when we set something up as a group. I also like badminton, skating and skiing. Cycling is awesome too. One day, I might do an across-the-country thing, but not anytime soon.

Slow pitch softball for the win. I used to play baseball and was a catcher years ago. My knees can't take catching anymore though. So now I play in the outfield and drink beer between innings.

I'm a baller. Basketball is my favorite sport. I like to play it, I like to watch it, I like to comment on it. "I love this game" truly applies here.

I also play soccer. I've played that since kidnergarten. Now, in college, I just play soccer and basketball in intramurals. Good stuff.

And finally, I picked up racquetball as a class for this, my last semester.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I haven't been playing too many sports lately. However, I used to run on the track and cross country team for three years. For track, I did long distance running all three years and hurdles for two years. I never was good at it, but hey--I had fun! There's nothing quite like standing at the starting line, waiting for the gun to go off, and then running your hardest, not letting so-and-so pass you.

Right now, I occassionally play soccer and badminton for fun.

Play golf twice a week in a league, and I play on a softball team with buddies.

In High School I played basketball and golf.

I play volleyball. Indoors. I have aquired championship twice in 3 years which isn't bad at all!

Every once a year there's a beach volleyball tournament and I participate of course. ^_^ The whole neighbourhood signs up and there are different matches between several teams. Ah good times... ^_^

I also love to play softball. I don't know but I just like to play it. We only play it at school because there isn't a softball club in the neighbourhood. =/

Third thing I also like to do is swimming. Not much as I did in the past though... Hope the summer's hot enough this year to swim in the river next to our village... Last year was too cold.

Last thing is karting! It's so fun. I have done it twice though... but it just rockz! Too bad is the fact that it is very expensive... Ouch. But other than that, it's just cool!

I played soccer in my grammar school days, apparently I don't now. I played tennis and volleyball in high school. I play club basketball and some golf whenever I have time (I suck horribly and slice the ball every time lol). Next year, hoping to be in the table tennis club, MMA club and Kendo Club. so yea...it's sort of a change from high school!!

I played soccer & rugby in high school, soccer all through college, and I still play on some adult league teams. I also play quite a bit of racquetball.

If ping-pong counts, I'm a witch at that too.

How ya doing, buddy?

I play quite a few sports - well, not regularly, but I try to as much as I can..

Obvously hockey - I've been playing my whole life. Heck - I could skate before I could walk! When I play (either pickup or on our program's intramural team), I'm usually found on the blue line.

That's probably the sport that I play the most regularly - but I'll play anything if the oppertunity arises, frisbee football, cricket, basketball, baseball, etc... I'm game for anything

Tennis for me, my local club has both indoor and outdoor courts so we can play all year round. I only play casually and in the club tournaments since I don't have time to compete at any higher level, but tennis is a lot of fun, its an easy way to pass time and keeps you fit as hell.

Except for that astro-turf they have on the indoor courts, that hurts like a bitch when if you trip over on it.

I'm a singles player too, doubles never really was my thing.

I hate when we play double at school. If your partner isn't someone you trust, i don't think, how strong you may both be, that you can win the match.

I ran track and cross country for three years now even though I suck pretty bad. I throw a nice javelin though at 130ft average. Usually can snag 3rd place or so.

I don't mind playing doubles, its just that I prefer singles to doubles. At high level play its a lot more indepth, but its not horrible, I'd rather play doubles because many of the courts are full than not play at all.

I play 5-a-side football for fun. That's not to say it doesn't get competitive though, there are people who play who demand that others MUST play well. The level of players can vary, and sometimes because I am not the type to have played football since very young, I struggle. It's important I get the exercise though.
