Thanks for that, by the way.

I have to unfortunately go to work today, 11-6:30. Hopefully the computer out-drafts everyone and I end up with a team that'll finish somewhere above last.

Good luck to those who show up to the draft.

I have to bump this to ask if this year has not been the WEIRDEST YEAR for Fantasy Football. I thought I had lost a week against someone who apparently hasn't been keeping tabs on their team (had like 4 people either O or IR) but then the score got changed up a couple days later in my favor. This week Dope lost by not even a full fucking point (as far as we know atm anyway, I'm waiting for it to change before Thursday)

This is just uncanny. :|

Also I like how I bench Steve Smith (due to "expert advice") and Panthers won against SF yesterday.

For the whole first half of this season, I had the highest amount of total points but was losing my matchups every week. It was the strangest thing.

I'm not in this league, but it really has been a weird year for fantasy football. The outlook on next year's draft is that it's gonna be hella different. Most RBs were weak sauce this year. It's been all about QBs and WRs this year, and this year's free agency was one of the most crucial ones I've known. There'll definitely be more QBs in the top ten next year, and probably even some WRs... but then watch next year be the return of the running backs.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

This is the second year I started doing the FF thing. Last year I looked and was like 1-12. My bad because I never kept up with it. This year I've been keeping up with it and I know if it wasn't for Adrien Peterson, I would have been fucked so many times. Before the scores get tallied, I think I have the most points so far, but in 3rd place...

How ya doing, buddy?

Aww, I thought I was going to be the one to bring this thread back from the dead.

Yeah, when I noticed I had lost by .12 points I was a little frustrated. But that's fantasy football for ya.

Oh, wait. The Yahoo Fantasy Football gods adjusted someone's stats for me and gave me the bump over Nash(?). WOOT.

I'm very surprised I ended up in first this year. I can definitely chalk that up to playing the waiver wire well, though draft gave me most of current starting lineup. (I picked up Chester Taylor a few weeks ago and he got me 30 points. Case in point.)

I would like to point out that half the teams in the playoffs were below .500. So I'm not worried much.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

heh, I saw that and was like "yep figures." it's ok though. I'm just glad I'm not in DEAD LAST this time. I expect to lose this week, maybe next. I guess it all depends on how well Steve Smith does... my only problem is do I play Bush or Gore. :|

Phew, that was close. I could've put 140 points up but Jay Cutler just HAD to do better than David Gerrard. Nevertheless, I was worried heading into the night game, but Joseph Addai sealed the deal.

How ya doing, buddy?

With as shitty as Carolina's been playing, I should have known better than to start Smith. Plus I read Peterson got shutdown against the 49ers. So yeah, I'm pretty sure I lost in opening rounds of playoffs.

Anyways, GG to all and can't wait for next year.

Oh lovely. Bush probably out for the game on Monday... yeah. lol I lost.

Reggie wouldn't have garnered you 30+ points anyway. Don't blame it all on him.

Nah, even though I had really good potential players this year, they were mostly people who didn't really have a good year. I'll do better next year.

I would have had first place overall if I would have benched different players last week. I cleaned the fuck up this week.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
