I normally always wear my high school graduation ring, my watch (a b/f gift), and not always but most of the time my necklace (also a b/f gift). I usually take everything off prior to taking my shower/bath at night, but on occasion if I go home really tired I'll skip the shower and forget to take off either my ring/watch. I usually ALWAYS take off my necklace before going to bed though.

I only really wear a watch when I go out (lol it's Spongebob!) and occasionally a necklace, but I never sleep with them on. Back when I was around 14, I made a simple anklet out of string and beads and wore it constantly for a year or so. That was pointless.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

oh...and i see some people talk about their watches here too ^^; are they considered as jewelry? i take mine off when i go to bed just coz it can get annoying having it on :P

I never take off my watch. Ever. In fact I don't think I've taken it off in well over six months now.

I suppose that counts.

I have an acute fear that if I wear jewlery I'll become a target for those members of society that not only dissaprove of my hobbies, but do so with such vehemence that they would seek to cause bodily harm and financial discomfort.

That is to say, when I started hitching I stopped wearing the junk, and I never put it back on once I settled down. Maked it easy to start again, I auppose.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

The only "jewelry" I wear is a string with a Mayan Calendar made from bone as the centerpiece. I usually wear it while I sleep but, if I remember, I take that shit off because I don't really like anything touching my throat and that tends to happen as I sleep with this thing.

Krelian: I used to be the same way about 13 years ago. Finally took my watch off one day and the skin was just white and raw.

I've sleepen a few times with neck chains on sometimes, after I broke 3 or 4 I stopped using it, I'm not exactly a quiet sleeper, that and the fact that I choked a few times while sleeping, so It's not entirely safe to do it.

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

i only wear earrings but they're just studs so they don't bother much to go to sleep in. i would take them off before but i only kept losing them so i just decided to keep them on all the time :P i don't wear any other jewelry other than that.

I will never wear a chain again when I got to sleep..And here's why.
I have a hard time as it is tryig to sleep.. But while waking up one day.. I was half asleep and half awake.. And I guess I was in the middle of some sort of dream..

I remember turning my head, and I felt something very tight around my neck.. But I thought I was dreaming, or something... turns out my necklace somehow to caught in the zipper of the pillow and while I was turning around that night it managed to wrap around itself almost creating a noose like situation!

My hands reached up and felt the chain pressing hard against my neck.. That's when I woke the F up and grabbing the chain and pulling it forward as I sat up..

Needless to say.. I wonder if I were deep in sleep and I kept turning my head what would of happend...

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I dunno if a wristwatch or wristbands/guy-bracelets (bracers? hrr hrr) count, but I wear those when I sleep. Then again, I tend to sleep in whatever I wore that day, and that's usually jeans. I'm weird.

I don't wear a ton of jewelry, but I usually take off some bracelets and earrings (or leave them in depending on the type) before I go to sleep. Earrings are what I'm most paranoid about leaving in while I sleep, but I've actually broken a few bracelets on accident.

I wear jewelery and keep some of it on while I sleep. Earrings and things like that,I don't,unless it's a new piercing and have to keep it in.

I currently wear 3 bracelets (a random one I got out of a quarter machine, one that OZZ got me for our year anniversary, and a LIVEstrong one.) And a cross necklace to bed. I used to wear the engagement ring to bed,but it's to big for me so I was afraid it would come off while I was asleep. ;(
