People look at me with odd faces whenever I add salt to my food. If it is a soup of some sort I pour salt like crazy, people just look at me with the face of "Holy crap you're going to die soon for adding so much salt into that"
Other than soup, I add a ton of salt to mashed potatoes. I have no clue why so much, but it makes it taste so good. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
I love salt
I use it a lot on meat and everything potatoe. I try to take it easy with the salt though, as it's not very healthy in bigger proportions. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
not much salt for me. i mostly use other spices when cooking. i usually only use salt on eggs (hardboiled/scrambled)

Salt in moderation for me, though I typically use it on most meals. But I don't like huge amounts of it. It can become hugely overpowering.
I was speaking idiomatically. |
I put salt only usually in Chicken, or any other meat. Other than that, I don't put salt in anything, since in most cases, there is already enough salt in food.
What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
I love salt. I usually put salt on things like fries, fish sticks, chicken strips, etc. Salt just gives food that extra kick that I like so much. If salt ruins my dreams of becoming old then I'd have to say I have no regrets. If I had to chose between eating healthy and eating happy (eating what I want) then I'd have to say I'd rather eat happy. Being happy is my primary concern and adding salt to my foods helps me acheive this. Long live salt!!!
FELIPE NO |
I only salt my eggs. I use a lot of soy sauce and rice wine vinegar so adding salt to those dishes would be true overkill.
When I still lived with my parents I found that I took after my dad and salted everything even before I tasted it. Now that I've nearly eliminated table salt from my diet I'm amazed at how good food actually tastes without it. Go figure... What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? |
I typically don't use salt, but I'm pretty used to rather bland foods. If I must, I'll opt for pepper, garlic powder, or maybe even seasoned salt.
Jam it back in, in the dark. |
