I was only talking about the loading times. They said they added some new minigames. I'll admit, I wasn't all that disappointed with the loading times. I enjoyed playing the game to its fullest. The Ys games are definately new to me starting with this one. That's all. If the loading times are better. I might just play through the whole game twice. Once again, I still liked the game ;p.

So the US gets the exclusives first, then Japan gets them with reduced load times.

Sounds like the usual business to me.

Theres no drivers or anything to make the software with so PSP would recognize it, and Sony are stubborn assholes.

Hmmm... I'm not really sure. It's not like Sony to not support things like this so I'm sure that perhaps either Logitech or Sony are kind of busy with other projects at the moment. And with the PS3 along with a lot of new PSP devices coming out right now I'm sure that everyone is busy, things are bound to get thrown onto the back burner.

I was curious as to if anyone else has noticed had this same sort of problem with there PSPs, I've noticed that my PSP Shoulder buttons differ in feel from each other. My R Button seems as if it clicks while my L button doesn't at all and feel more like it's been used a lot (I got it brand new on sunday). This isn't that big of a problem it just feels as if the L button need's a bit more of pressure then the R button needs. Anyone else have this problem or is this an annoyance that comes with owning a PSP? Becuase I don't mind this but I don't want to have my L button to be ruined with only a few weeks of use.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

If you are careful and not the button-masher type then it should be fine. I had mine for 1 year and 3 months and it still works fine. You should open it up and see if there is any dust between itself. The L button that is. Psp's can easily catch dust so be on the look out.

Okay so heres the deal, I'm getting a PSP soon and since I couldnt find a summer job last year, the year before that and the year before that, I had to save chore money anyways I have $300 (plus a little extra) and I'm planning to buy

-PSP core

-$20/$30 game

any suggestions on a good game?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I'd recommend Wipeout Pure, Lumines, and Loco Roco, in that order. And maybe the Metal Gear Digital Graphic Novel, if you're into that sort of thing.

Dogen speaks the truth. Those games are essential. Perhaps with Daxter included too. Best platformer on PSP.

I am thinking of purchasing Viewtiful Joe: Red Hot Rumble OR Kingdom of Paradise OR Prince of Persia Revolutions, There all 20 Dollars and I was thinking of purchasing one of them. Which one do you guys think I should get becuase i'm on the verge of picking up whatever but want to have an enjoyable game. POP and Viewtiful Joe didn't get the best reviews, But it looks as if Viewtifull Joe appeals to me and I really liked the Warrior within title POP is based on. Kingdom of Paradise on the other hand has been getting very nice reviews but I'm not the biggest on RPGS.

So they came out with a program that lets TA-082 psp owners with 2.71 use devhook (among other things).

Aha, but does anyone know where I can find a 1.50 dump for devhook? It's been driving me a bit mad looking around for it.

Just get one of those countless "complete packages" floating around on P2P, take out the 1.50 folder and use it with your DevHook.

If you have a PS2, there's absolutely no point in getting the PSP Prince of Persia, since it's simply a port of Warrior Within and the controls simply can't cope.

If Kingdom of Paradise is the same as Key of Heaven, then you'll find mixed opinions. A lot of people absolutely hate that game and it's not without its frustrations. The combat manages to be annoyingly simplistic despite the apparent range of choice you're supposed to have when building your movesets. The graphics are nice and the optional Japanese speech is wonderful, but the game really is a tad dull. I was sure I'd enjoy it but there's isn't too much story going for it. But the music is nice. Definitely not worth $20, but for $10, maybe.

I really liked Kingdom of Paradise -- played it through five times or so. VJ: Red Hot Rumble is also available on the Gamecube, if you have one of those, and I'd suggest playing it on that system instead.

Check out the two Megaman games, Daxter, and the Valkyrie Profile re-release if you want some really good games, although VP is an RPG so you may or may not like it.

Kingdom of Paradise is really nice. It has RPG elements, but it's customization of your moves and the bashing element that you should consider first. oh and THE MUSIC IS GREAT INDEED :P

I loved Daxter and Kingdom of Paradise. Two great games with good music to boot. Sadly, I don't have Daxter anymore b/c of the need for money for next-gen consoles. I kinda wish I didn't trade it in now but oh well....

You know, they really need to release Valhalla Knights in english. It'd be a waste if they didn't.

Also I wish the PSP had more music games, like the DS.

I already have DJMAX on PC, I don't see why I should have to purchase it for PSP as well.

But yeah, I've seen videos. The game looks good, but I don't think I would enjoy it half as much as I have on the PC, with using PSP controls.

wow... that game looks almost too good to be a PSP game...
Maybe they're working on an engrish version soon?

anyways... I've been anticipating for the release of Capcom Puzzle world just because I loved playing it at the arcade and on my cousin's PS1... but the thing is that they kept postponing the release date.

First it was May something, then June, then July, august... september then October 17, then November 21 and now December 5

WTF >____< i dun really know why they keep postponing it >___< they're just making me very very angry and even more anticipated for it

Depressing indeed. But it seems as if Polyphony is following their usual trend of not letting people know what the hell they're doing.

The game looked amazing on the PSP, it was one of the reasons I bought the PSP in the first place.

How ya doing, buddy?
Love it.
