Hmm, that one I had to think about...my gut reaction was something else, but I realized it couldn't be that when I saw that the person was riding in the back of a vehicle and the game in the screenshot doesn't have a UI.
So the only other FPS type game that fits that look which I can recall is...Dead Man's Hand? This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |

Nope, it's not a western. I think you can set a UI visible from the options, so whatever else you thought might not be out of the question.
