I am starting to see it being JBL vs HBK for the title. I hope they have HBK WIN because seriously, JBL has been a joke since his return.
What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
Guess WWE has been having the "Titan Tower Massacre" And a bunch of employees are getting laid off.
Pros: WWE is saving money. Cons: None of the people fired were the writing staff. And holy shit. Apparently Lo-ki a.k.a. Senshi has signed with the WWE. (what a shame) FELIPE NO ![]() |
that surprised me as Low Ki was being penciled in to portray the Suicide character. I feel bad for Low Ki though as I don't like his chances.
Oh, and Bam Needly (who they just reported went back to FCW) and DLO Brown (who just returned last summer) are gone. Additional Spam: Whoa, and Val Venis is added to that list. He was one of those I thought would NEVER get cut from the WWE. Also, Kevin Thorn is gone... What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

Suicide = Kaz.
And Bam who? Jam it back in, in the dark. ![]() |
Kaz is injured. They were talking about having Low Ki be the Suicide character until Kaz returned.
Bam Needly was Chavo's bodyguard. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
I know who Bam Neely is...I was saying that to make a point lol.
But I'm pretty sure that Kaz being injured is kayfabe to help attempt to keep the whole "who is suicide" thing under wraps. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. ![]() |

Going back to what you were talking about Slash...one report says "just about every supervisor or boss has or is about to be let go". they then said they have "security available to escort those who were fired out of the building". Somehow, I doubt I could see them putting up much resistance although if they seriously did fire as many people as they did, it would be interesting tosee what happening if they massed together.
Still though...EVERY boss and supervisor? Sounds like reorganization from the bottom almost to the top (Vince, Shane and Stephanie aren't going anywhere). I was speaking idiomatically. |

And this is why I think bischoff is a dumbass

Wait, why did Bischoff write this?

It was something about Matt's review about the Wrestler.
I mean...really...anyone can get pushed to ME status but WWE writers just suck. There's nowhere I can't reach. ![]() |
So Christy Hemme is out with an injury that will require surgery. Stinks for her as she was finally starting to get a push. The question now is, whose going to be next? Will Taylor Wilde get the shot instead, will Gail Kim surprise everyone by not being on the WWE's payroll and face Kong, or will someone else totally new take the match (and perhaps the title)?
With taht said, prediction time: World Title: Sting Vs Rhino - Wow, Sting has finally had a TNA title reign that is 1.) significantly long (and longer than one month) and 2.) is the longest reign he has had since 1992. Anyway, no way Rhino is getting the title here. This is about it for Rhino with regards to main event matches for a while. He lost to Kurt, now he'll be beat by Sting.' Winner: Sting Jeff Jarrett Vs Kurt Angle - The big rematch. I think it's more or less a lock that Angle will have Jarrett tap in this one although it would be kinda cool to see Jeff pull it out again. They could build on this even more by having Jarrett beat Kurt a second time, causing Kurt to snap and ultimately have another rematch with much higher stakes (a title, a career, etc). I don't see that happening however. Winner: Kurt Angle Mick, DVon and AJ Vs Booker T, Steiner and Nash - Quite a very strange six man tag. The thing they are going to try to pull here is the attack on Bubba although he and DVon won the IWGP Tag titles a few days back. So it's kinda hard to be consistent but what's that in pro wrestling anymore. I either see Mick doing the job (look at his track record after he had post-retirement matches...how many DID he win?) although that's not highly likely, or Mick's team taking the win after Bubba returns and gets revenge. This may then set up a Booker T Vs Mick Foley for the Legends title match-up. Also, if lucky, perhaps Rick will return and we can set up the Dudleyz Vs Steiners match that really never ahppened (amazingly, we would come full circle regarding face/heel turns). Finals of X-Division Tournament - Sabin Vs Shelley. I think this is a slow build to their break up. interestingly, they DID win the IWGP Jr tag titles so it won't be immediate. Look fhr Shelley to take it-Sabin, while more experienced, doesn't need it at this point. Winner" Shelley. Tag Titles: Jay Lethal & CC Vs Beer Money, Inc Vs Abyss & Matt Morgan - I don't forsee this being the end of Jay and CC's title reign. I think they will drop it to a new team or perhaps to the MCMG (to add more to their eventual break up). Winners: Jay/CC TNA Knockout Title: Kong Vs ??? - We don't know who it is. They COULD use this to have someone get a win over Kong who is 'unprepared'. Or they could make Kong look more dominant. The latter is my guess with perhaps a rematchat the next PPV. Winner: Awesome Kong Sheik Vs Shane: I think we all know Shane is going to win it here. Winner: Shane This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
World Title: Sting Vs Rhino - Sting vs Rhino will go to Sting. I'm firmly believing that the person who will get the title next will be Styles.
Winner: Sting Jeff Jarrett Vs Kurt Angle - Angle will win by DQ. Jarrett basically has a whole lot of bent up frustration and its not even going to be a match. Winner: Angle by DQ Mick, DVon and AJ Vs Booker T, Steiner and Nash - Expect the MEM to somehow take Foley out...either before the match or after the match. BBR will return and take Micks place at the very last second with a 3D Winner : Frontline Finals of X-Division Tournament - Sabin Vs Shelley. I think the Sabin Shelley match will be filled with good Xdivision greatness. Expect suicide to make an appearance towards the end. But I think Shelley will win. Winner" Shelley. Tag Titles: Jay Lethal & CC Vs Beer Money, Inc Vs Abyss & Matt Morgan: I don't understand why they had Lethal and Creed take the titles. I honestly think that Roode is out with an injury and they had Lethal and CC come out to make this Sunday interesting. I see CC beating them as Abyss will go berserk. What I would have done:
Winners: Jay/CC TNA Knockout Title: Kong Vs ??? - I'm thinking ODB will get the shot Winner: ODB Sheik Vs Shane: Shane Winner: Shane Additional Spam: God..I feel sorry for John Cena...The guy is a great worker, he's just stuck in the shitland of WWE. Apparently the FU has been renamed "the Throwback"... And the STFU...has been renamed...wait for it.... Spoiler:
I can't tell whats more important to the WWE..ratings..or attracting kids. I mean seriously. By them attracting kids, all they're really asking for is kids to start re-enacting what they see. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? ![]()

A bit of a note on Bischoff's rant towards Matt Hardy...
-He has a valid point regarding Jeff's recent suspensions. However, he went way overboard on the attack regarding Jeff's house. Then again...I suppose he's venting out still given what happen to WCW which was considered for a long time to be 'his house'. -It is debatable on whether they are smarter and more responsible. With regards to KNOWLEDGE about Steroids, perhaps (but not so much of not using them). Regarding responsibility, well, one pro wrestling magazine put it this way regarding Randy Orton's behavior "If you read just one pro wrestling book that goes into detail of what went down during the 70's and 80's, that makes Orton look like a boy scout", and Jeff didn't quite reach the "level" Orton did years back. -Bischoff is right that Matt should be grateful, but I am thinking more in terms of the economy and how the WWE let go quite a bit of talent. -I kinda dislike how Bischoff is going at Matt at the end about 'comparing life styles' when Bisch himself was never really a wrestler. If he had grown up in the business like others, then I might be more inclined to believe him. Matt didn't grow up in the business either but is a wrestler... How ya doing, buddy? |
Calling it now. Vince will read my mind (or we have a spy that works for WWE in our midsts that relays ideas and gets them Televised.) The STFU will not be called the STF, but in time will get called "The Lockdown". Most amazing jew boots |

What?
What? What? Did you hear who's being inducted into the WWE HoF? What? Yep! Spoiler:
What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? ![]() |
Not really a surprise since earlier in the day it was posted on the website and then taken down almost immediately, but not before someone took a screen of the article picture.
They're just tossing people in the HoF based on popularity and not based on "legend" status. I mean, unless he was already in, people like Owen Hart and Yokozuna deserve to be in there (and deserve to be in the damn games for once). Benoit does too but... yea. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
There's nowhere I can't reach. ![]() |
Let's be fair though as many of the guys in the HOF deserve to be there. This year it is Steve Austin, last year it was Ric Flair, the year before was Bret hart (and Eddie Guerrero too as the sympathetic favorite), the year prior was Hulk Hogan (or was it two years prior?).
Of course, some guys are a joke (well,l one really, Pete Rose), but MANY were legitimate superstars. And speaking of guys who deserve to be in the HOF, I was thinking about Sting and then thinking of the latest news reports. Basically, enjoy watching Sting while you can...his legs are really giving him problems and it seems this year will truly be his last. I'm a bit sad to see it happen, being a "stinger" when I was younger, but happy that I got to watch 15 years worth of Sting. Oh, and note to Russo and Jarrett...if Sting is in this much trouble, the fans are going to rally with him that much more. Face it, no one is booing him and nearly every face you put against him gets booed out of the building. Turn him face. Oh, and another thing for the HOF. Trying to think of some future HOFers. Here are some that come to mind: HBK - The Ric Flair of the 90's and 2000's onward. He was the one who retired Ric, he was the man who has been apart of so many on stage and backstages groups, and he has put so many awesome matches in his career. He has innovative many things, and honestly brought the beginnings of the attitude era that Austin fully utilized and moved on with. HHH - The Ric Flair of the 2000's onward. Well, at least in reigns. i watched his DVD recently and the matches were awesome. It's amazing to think of all the guys he has faced, starting from Rock/Austin/Mankind/Undertaker going to RVD/HBK/Jericho to Batista/Edge/Cena. Theo nly guys who can currently elipse him are HBK and Undertaker. however, he has put a lot into the business and I feel at some point is going to tie Ric's record if not beat it. Undertaker - If Undertaker lasts another year and a half, he can say it's been a 'decade of destruction times two'. No one has been around in an active role longer in the WWE than Undertaker, and one has been able to mix together nostagalia and freshness to appeal to all fans. Cena - Like him or hate him, you have to admire how he has done. He's a four time champ with his third reign lasting over a year-a feat not done since Randy Savage almost twenty years ago. And given how the title scene is compared to the 60's,70's and 80's, that one year is like ten in those eras. he has consistently gotten better, his promos are fairly rational, and he has been able to face-and beat many of the top stars of the current era including Undertaker, HHH, HBK, Edge, Jeff Hardy, and so forth. Randy Savage - Savage was intense with his matches, his promos, his life. When you watched him go, he was believable. He has had victories over many of the best, and has had wonderful matches with Steamboat, Flair, Hart, and others. Whatever grudge Vince has against Savage should at least be put aside for his career accomplishments (unless it's THAT rumor in which well...) as Savage should be in. Rey Mysterio - The little engine that could. Rey was able to stand tall in a sport of giants. His revolution of the cruiserweights and just small wrestlers overall should not be forgotten. If it wasn't for him, no X-Division. He has had wonderful matches with many stars past and present, and even managed to hold the world title (even if it was a reign in which he lost just about each and every time). Rey rey deserves in. Ricky Steamboat - The ultimate good guy. So good he never turned bad. Ricky was a wonderful wrestler and had wonderful, technical matches. Even when he hurt his back facing Steve Austin, he still put on a great match and won the title to boot. His matches with Flair were awesome and his match against Savage is considered one of the all time greats. Mic Foley - In a lot of ways, the Dusty Rhodes of the late 90's. He didn't look like a 'star', he didn't have the impressive body, but what he could do was connect with the fans. Even as a heel, he was able to connect to them though some very effective promos. And he managed even to do it with four personalties, Mankind, Dude Love, Cactus Jack, and ultimately Mic Foley. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Never said Austin didn't deserve to be in it, I'm just stating in general about my feeling of it. JR and King being inducted is more along the lines of what I mean and moreso Ross than Lawler.
But I'm getting bitter with the product anyway. I miss 10 years ago sitting at home watching the great storylines of RAW and flipping back and forth from USA to TNT to see what was going on Nitro. *sigh* Those days are just long sense gone. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
Lawler should be inthere as he did a lot in Memphis. JR...that's a bit of a stretch but they did put Golden Solie in there.
I think about the 'old days' quite often. Many times I want to somehow get a collection of what happened from the first Nitro and go with that and Raw until the end of WCW... I was speaking idiomatically. |
I've been trying to gather old Nitros and PPVs starting with mid-1996 because that's when I began to watch WCW (the only time before that was Bash at the Beach '94 where Hogan faced Flair for the title). I'm missing a few here and there and am currently at 1998. I share in the nostalgia with the old school wrestling.
Speaking of future HOFs, I'm in agreement for the ones mortis mentioned (especially Savage, I'm amazed he hasn't made it in there yet). I think one person I'd like to see get in there is the Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase. He had his own title and held the tag titles with IRS on several occasions. Let's also not forget his infamous laugh. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
