S.T.A.L.K.E.R. ? only thing that make me think that is because I know it's a fps and two I heard it's been on development from a really long time, but I never played the game nor did I actually seen the HUD of it XD

Iwata is correct (and first!). It is S.T.A.L.K.E.R., now with the subtitle "Shadow of Chernobyl", opposed to it's old subtitle "Oblivion Lost".
