I know its down some of the time dont get mad but it is up most of the time. Then you can get something there or go to the forums, character requests, then the sagat page and click the link in the second post.
As long has they dont exceed there bandwith there is a site full of characters plus the link pages have even more including the death ogre which was next to impossible to get. Here you rats go cause i love you guys so much.

Hey lazyguy, I've been to that site every day for about two months and I'm never able to download any characters. The two I'm especially looking for are MR. T and DEATH OGRE/SHIN OGRE. Anyone who has them let me know and I'll see if I got anything I can trade for them. ...How many Ogres are there anyways?? I counted three but there seems little difference between Shin/Death Ogre. Also, if there isn't a Mr. T (I saw a sprite edit at the top of the one site) then nm.

Some of the characters are IMPOSSIBLE to get without trading and downloading. What a fool. Do these people not realise that Mugen would not be viable at all if someone did not KEEP it, hack it, and then share it? Hypocrites.

@jfuego Nvm the CVS ryu i have is by Warusaki. I dont think that guy makes chars anymore either. Phew im glad i have his ryu and his akuma.

np. that folder in a folder was a big pain in the ass. I uploaded like 20 chars the first time i played and like none of them worked. lol they were all folders in folders.

@GreenShock - I have Saber from Fate / Stay Night, But I had to re-code her a bit cuase her volume levels were like... amazingly high for different sound effects, and her character slect pic was a bit of-scale... So if your ok with that I'll upload it in a .rar later

WRX DRAGON, thanks man you saved alot of my characters (around like 40 of them)with that little hint about the folders man thanx, its also was a good thing that i did not delete them from my trash can, Wish i spoke to you sooner about this the first time it happend..........i freakin lost NIGHTMARE BROLY , and he was the very first character i had to stay up long nights just to find him.
You would'nt happen to know were i can get another NIGHTMARE BROLY would you?
