You know, I just feel like if I were to eat any of that stuff in that book, it would be like a person who has kind of dabbled in hard drugs, just going full out and slamming my mum's bathroom while staring at myself in the mirror for 6 hours straight. I'm not a big eater as it is, but just about anything on this website would ruin me.

This for example. Does it need to be 4 layers? Why not 3 or 2? I mean, the layers don't add dynamic. It's the same shit, layered on top of itself, so why 4 layers?
