Music Theft in the Carribean
Monkey Island: Musical Theft? Continue?
Recently used Kohl's Christmas commercial theme sounds very close to Lechuck's theme from the Monkey Island PC game series. I think it sounds pretty close. Any thoughts? Jam it back in, in the dark.

Yeah, here's one: I think you ought to make a thread that's a little bit more than a link.
As far as the actual song goes, it has a similar melody but I don't think it's really that close. How ya doing, buddy?

seriously? I think it's eerily close. I mean if you think it's off then why not enough to avoid infringement?
