V3 RAZR MiniUSB: Installing Stuff
I took the USB adapter for my Passport Drive and can hook up my RAZR. I've gone through hell trying to install software, drivers, etc. to supposedly drag and drop files into the directories. I've managed to use this P2K software and after an hour, upload one MP3 which I can hear on the phone but fail hard at life when it comes time to trying to install it as a ringtone.
I've installed a plethora of things that have failed, so if anyone has experience with this, that would be nice. (Ideally installing a driver, opening the drive (phone) and dragging, dropping, and getting done with it) Thanks! Jam it back in, in the dark. |
I have a Verizon Razr (V3c I think). Using a bluetooth wireless connection, I've been able to transfer files flawlessly using my MacBookPro's built in bluetooth. I've uploaded mp3's (VBR) as well as MP4 video files and both have worked. I've also been able to download pics the sound files off the Razr.
How do you do the same? Not entirely sure, but if you buy a bluetooth USB receiver, then all you would need is a software that would connect. I am obviously using the integrated bluetooth that is in MacOSX, but I imagine you could either use a windows explorer, or download a free bluetooth application. Good luck! There's nowhere I can't reach. ~ Ready To Strike ~ :Currently Playing: League Of Legends(PC), Skyrim(PC), Golden Sun: Lost Age(GBA), Twilight Princess(Wii), Portal2(PC), Dragon Warrior II(NES), Metroid Prime 2: Echoes(GC)

That helped me...........zero.
As I stated, I have the USB adapter and would need the software/drivers to use it. Thanks for failing to read my post. Double Post: EDIT: Was given a link by someone in IRC, forgot who (lost connection and reset), but thanks! http://isohunt.com/download/11283323/phone+tools Everything I needed. How ya doing, buddy?
