Banning Member 0 from journals
I have User 0 banned in my journal settings as to prevent guests from viewing my journal. From my understanding, this has been implemented for some time and it has worked for other users.
Is there something I am missing? When I log out, I can still access my journal - I am just incapable of reading the journal comments. Am I misunderstanding something about banning User 0? THANK YOU~ Jam it back in, in the dark. |
I do this too, and if I log out I can't read my journal but I can still read yours.
Can't read the comments though. EDIT: Are you banning "0" or "User 0"? There's nowhere I can't reach. |
In case you're trying to ban multiple users (including 0), the string should look like this:
Code:
3699 0 1375 Most amazing jew boots |
Yeah, I think by default you can't view comments if you're logged out.
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
I think my comment titles were reset too ("complains" to "whines"). There was some back-dated info in my journal settings for some reason (Tails was still banned when I unbanned him EONS ago) I will try re-entering the ban user numbers and update. =/ EDIT: UPDATE - re-entering user numbers seems to have worked. I just logged out and took a look after re-entering the numbers. It worked. (I have NO idea) Maybe I did something wrong. I am sorry. I'll go ahead and close this nuisance. ;_; I was speaking idiomatically. |
