Quick-reply buggery.

I chose quick-reply and clicked it twice...the second time because I didn't think I had clicked it the first time. I ended up with two posts as a result, which has two issues:

1.) no imposed wait-time for double posts?
2.) the double post function failed, obviously

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I took care of that post. We'll have to see if the double post function is broken for immediate posts. If that happens to other people, they can just report it and we'll clean it up (no new thread needed).

We should also check into upping the time between two posts throughout the whole board (I don't know if we have that turned on). Not so people can't post, but so people can't hack the boards by just making like 1,000 posts/threads in a minute.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
