Alright children... Quiet down. It's time to hand in your class assessment.

I actually got this idea from entries made by Mo0 and Dark Nation and from having done "class assessments" in college. I notice that a lot of you seem adamantly surprised or, dare I say, shocked when a topic is posted (Like when Mexico wants to decriminalize weed or when pink posts pictures of his cock on a kitchen table) and I can't help but think that a lot of people get their exposure to "new things" right here in our very own online home.

So that sort of begs the question. If Gamingforce is your surrogate classroom, what have you learned from it? Please be thorough with your answers, show all your work and don't forget to carry the 1. You lazy fucks.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I've learned that "regularity" is achieved when you not only post on the boards frequently, but also attend GF chat with alarming frequency.
I don't think I'll be foraying into chat since I can't be bothered to learn irc and as I read someone type before: "That place is random!"

Also I've actually learned how to become a better poster (well slightly better). Moving myself up from the post quality you'd find in "Who's the hottest chick in FF VII?" threads, to GF quality (on my way there ).

I learned that different sides of a person's characteristic isn't something irreconcilable.

Despite that there are strong disagreements you have with one individual or another about one issue; there is usually still something that you can agree on. Even though our differences may bring us into conflict from time to times, it probably isn’t worth holding animosity over it, although that’s still something that I have to work on. I am not sure if this is what seeing the different “dimension” of a person is all about, but I had always believe that nobody is ever really one dimensional, even on the internet. If you make genuine connections, you’ll have better chance of seeing different side of people that help you reconcile each other’s difference.

I was speaking idiomatically.

* Some people are unbelievably nosey in to each other's business (but I believe it is because the medium is via the internet instead of a face to face discussion).

* People honestly believe that I lurk a lot more than I actually do. Minion and Sassafrass can attest to this.

* Plug 4 (now MIA) owned my ass in hip hop trivia. I'll never stereotype against Canadians again. I do have to admit, with a name like Plug 4, I should have saw it coming.

* the Mexican band Pastilina Mosh still exists. I remember handing out demo tapes at underground music shows, but it is astounding to see the underground band you were supporting become so successful.
Edit: I was not handing out P. Mosh tapes at a P. Mosh concert, but rather when I was at underground forums in general, like Chicago ZWE!!.

* I got warned by a moderator to stop teasing fools in the Sewers. We have come a long way from the City Streets. Just imagine what the GFFers would do today if Dyhalto would still be around.

* Pink is... for real... and I salute him for it.

How ya doing, buddy?

Class attendance was:
REQUIRED-------------SOMETIMES REQUIRED----------O---NOT REQUIRED

You expect your grade in this class will be:
A-/A-------------B-/B-----------C-/C-------------D-/D----------O---F

You feel you deserve as a grade:
A-/A---O----------B-/B-----------C-/C-------------D-/D-------------F

Would you recommend this course with this instructor to anyone else?
HIGHLY RECOMMEND---------------MEH------------O---NOT RECOMMEND

Gamingforce Interactive Forums have taught me that I one does not need to watch their language, even in General Discussion. I have learned very well that no place is safe from trends.

No better words could be said. I used to lurk once in awhile in The Political Palace, only to see it play out like drunk drivers in bumper cars.

When is politics ever rational?

People disagree, sometimes violently. It's just the way it goes.

I could probably say the same. But I started posting there since the forums reopened. It's not all that bad now. Uhh just not when I'm not accusing people of being tools of a political agenda whether overtly or covertly. heh!

Had to be honest there.

Well, I've yet to admit to myself that I've learned anything particularly useful or fascinating from this forum, but I must acknowledge that I would not have pondered some particularly peculiar subjects in the absence of the GFF influence.

For the most part, these concepts would fall into the catagory of "What if <insert sensual region> could <insert random action>?".

Thank you, sewers.

I've learned that even the most diverse of people CAN learn to co-exist in a properly structured and maintained environment. While there will be many who simply keep to themselves or to their own clique, and there are many others who just don't really like one another, as a whole these different peoples can work together for a common good: Their Community.

While this is a cliche, different people being able to work together, it's still nice to see that the cliche is still both true and active today...even if it's only online.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
