I'm pretty sure they're allowed, as long as it isn't an avatar deliberately meant to hurt your eyes(like Rasputin's old avatar, which I think Elmoogle started using)
If they aren't, I'll remove mine. Which is a damn shame, because it took something over 3 hours to edit each frame individually just for the black appearance. I was speaking idiomatically. |
