Got DBZ seasons 2 & 3 at Best Buy because they were on sale and picked up family guy Volume 5 from there too. Wow almost $100 just in one day... :-/

It's been a while since I posted here. I think if I posted here everytime I get something new...it'll probably be weekly. LOL :-D
Anyways latest purchase are: Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, & The wardrobe BD. Liked the regular DVD version so decided to get it on BD. Any movie that I like I usually buy it on BD. Next week picking up National Treasure 1 & 2 BD @ Target. Yes I know Amazon has both of them for 39.99 but have coupons to make it cheaper than on amazon. Most amazing jew boots |

Cloverfield BD: ========================== $9.99 with the gc I got from Walmart. Hate Walmarts store to site. Took 30mins to pick it up. Men In Black BD: ========================= Bought it At Target 19.99 on sale. Jumper BD: ========================= Bought it At Target for 24.99 with coupons. Futurama Volumes 1, 2, 3. 4 ========================= Bought the whole Futurama Volumes @ Best Buy on sale for 16.99 Each. Finally have the whole set. Now just need Movie 2 (It's an okay Movie) That's all for this update. Next huge date will probably be 7/29/08. ================================================== Mummy BD, Mummy Returns BD, Scorpion King BD, Dark City BD, & Doomsday BD (Not Too many people like this but I do. Mummy/Mummy Returns BDs: ====================== Really like these two movies. Wanted Scorpion King BD but it was a lot already. $19.99 Each for a total of $40.00 Recommended Transformers BD: ====================== Why not? Have the regular 2-Disc Edition of this but really wanted to get the BD. Took a long time though. Highly Recommened. Price: $27.00-$10GC = $17.00 The Forbidden Kingdom BD: ====================== Saw this in the theater and I loved it! Had to get it on BD. Love the fighting scene between Li and Chang. Price $24.95. Recommended/Check Out First The Nightmare Before Christmas BD: ========================== Been waiting for this to hit BD and it was worth the wait. It simply looks amazing. Got it for $26.99 on sale when it came out. MUST OWN Iron Man BD: ========================== Loved the movie when I saw it on the theater and decided to be worthy on BD. Recommended. Southpark Season 11: ================ Great season. Loved the whole Imaginationland series. Fans MUST OWN Rambo Collection DVD Set: ==================== Just went out and got this set. Love the steel metal case that it has. Rambo is awesome! Price $19.99 used Mint Condition/Almost New. Dragon Ball Z Season 6: Cell Games Saga/Movie Set 3 (Lord Slug/Tree Of Might): ================================================== ======= Huge fan of the series. After Cell Games it starts going downhill though :-/. Got them both for $45.00 at BB. Molotov: Donde Estan Las Ninas Escondidas 10th Anniversary CD: ================================================= Had to get this album. The only Molotov album I liked. Simply awesome. This is it for the update. Wanted to get Scorpion King BD, Doomsday BD, Dark City BD, from last update but simply too much. Soon to own Ultimate Matrix Collection BD, Indiana Jones Crystal Skull DVD (Want the whole BD boxset), Incredible Hulk BD coming out next week, Halloween Starter Set BD (Dawn of the Dead, Land of the Dead/The Thing), Forgetting Sarah Marshall BD, Family Guy Vol 6, Robot Chicken Volume 3, & The Simpsons Season 11 (Will probably wait till Black Friday to see if I can get it cheaper). It's been a while since the last time I posted here. Okay Let's see where to start.... First up the Bluray Purchases.

Good price for it. Recommended Batman Anthology BD Boxset: ------------------------------------- Wanted to get this since it was announced. A bit pricey for the set for most people because they don't enjoy B&R. I loved the all except B&R because I take it as a comedy. LOL Great Set. $84.99 from BB Worth A Look/B&R FANS MUST OWN Bolt Bluray: ------------------------------------- Got this at TRU for $14.99 (3/24) because it was on sale for $24.99 and got a Disney $10 coupon off the BD version. It was a blind buy for me but for 15 it wasn't bad. Recommended The Bourne Bluray Trilogy: ------------------------------------- Got this set at Target for about $50 with a 10% Employee + 10% Redcard discounts. Do I need to say more on my I got this? Bourne is awesome and looks really good! Recommended Chronicles of Narnia 3-Disc Bluray Set: ------------------------------------ Saw this at the theaters and I loved it. More violent and gruesome than the first. Only complain that I have is where's the blood at? LOL Picked this up with Wall-E 3 Disc for $38.99 shipped from Amazon. Recommended The Dark Knight Bluray: ------------------------------------ When I saw this movie I wasn't expecting anything of it. This film should be owned by everybody. Probably best film for 2008 in my opinion. $24.99 from Target. MUST OWN AT ALL COST Eagle Eye Bluray: ------------------------------------ Saw this in theaters and decided to buy it on Bluray. Great film and good PQ. Picked it up for $19.99 from Target. Recommended The Fast & The Furious Bluray Trilogy: ------------------------------------- Just got this 3/28. Loved the first movie, Kind of liked the 2nd, and disliked the 3rd to some degree. Catching up on my F&TF before seeing the new one since it came with movie money. Why not? $59.99 From BBRecommended for Fans Hellboy Bluray: ------------------------------------- After seeing Hellboy 2 in the theaters, I wanted to get the Bluray version of the first one. Picked it up for $14.99 from BB about 2 weeks ago. Recommended Hellboy 2: The Golden Army Bluray ------------------------------------- Saw this in the theater and I was surprised how good it was. Really loved it. Awesome movies. Much better than the first one. Highly Recommended The Incredible Hulk Bluray: ------------------------------------ Picked this up from Target at $19.99. Saw the movie in theaters and all I got to say is that this was better than the first Hulk...don't know what happened with that one. :-( Recommended The Ultimate Matrix Bluray Boxset: ----------------------------------- Got this set because I love the Matrix. The sequels weren't that good but loved the first one. Still watch all 4 movies from time to time. Picked it up around $60 from Target 10% Redcard + 10% Employee Discount. Great set if you can find it cheap. MUST Own (Only If you can find it cheap) Max Payne Bluray: --------------------------------- Bought this because I loved Hitman. Though it was going to be the same but it wasn't. Hitman>>>>>Payne. Picked it up for $15.00 so it wasn't too bad. RENTAL (All) / Recommended (Fans). The Mummy - Tomb of the Dragon Emperor Bluray: ------------------------------------------------- Decided to buy this just to complete the movie set. Was kind of a blind buy for me. Okay of a movie but not that good. Got pissed off that they changed Rachel Weisz. Picked it up from Target at $19.99 so not a total waste. Rental Pinnochio Bluray: ------------------------------------------------ Had to get this movie since it's been so long since I watched it. Awesome PQ and AQ. Great movie for all. Picked it up for $24.99 from Target. Highly Recommended Sex & The City - Movie Bluray: ----------------------------------------------- Picked this up for my girlfriend @ Target for $19.99. Good movie overall but a bit long. Recommended (You know what you are getting when you buy this). Sleeping Beauty Bluray: ---------------------------------------------- Picked this up from Target at $19.99 and all I can say is WOW. The movie itself isn't too bad but it just looks amazing on Bluray. Recommended Wall-E 3-Disc Set Bluray: ---------------------------------------------- Picked this up from Amazon with Prince Caspian for $38.99 shipped. Really liked the movie a lot. When can you go wrong with a Pixar movie? Highly Recommended Wanted Bluray: ---------------------------------------------- Watched this movie in theaters and really liked it. AQ and PQ are really good. Recommended Additional Spam: Second. The DVD purchases. Think I should do this more often instead of every 6 months. This set includes Babidi & Majin Buu Sagas. MUST OWN (Fans only) Dragon Ball GT Season 1: -------------------------------------------- Bought it at Best Buy for $29.99. First volume of the DBGT Saga. This set includes Black Star Dragon Balls saga & first half of the Baby Saga. Recommended (Fans only) Dragon Ball GT Season 2: -------------------------------------------- Bought it at Best Buy for $29.99. Second volume of the DBGT Saga. This set includes the second half of the Baby saga, Evil Dragon Saga, & the DBGT movie. Recommended (Fans only) Dragon Ball Z Movie Set 4 (Cooler's Revenge/Cooler's Revenge): ------------------------------------------------------------- Picked this up at Best Buy for $9.99 during the Anime sale they were having. 50% off all anime (Certain Stores). Recommended (Fans only) Ah! My Goddess - Season 2 Boxset: ------------------------------------------- Picked this up for $24.99 from Best Buy during the Anime Sale they were having. Fans Only Spirited Away: ------------------------------------------ Picked this up for $10.99 from Best Buy during the Anime Sale they were having. Recommended Howl's Moving Castle: ------------------------------------------ Picked this up for $10.99 from Best Buy during the Anime Sale they were having. Recommended Event Horizon: ------------------------------------------ Haven't seen this movie and everybody bragging about it, I decided to picked it up from Circuit City during their last few weeks. Really good movie. Picked it up at $4.99 Recommended Peter Pan: 2-Disc Platinum Edition: ------------------------------------------ Haven't seen this in years and since it was going OOP already, picked it up at Circuit City clearance sale for 14.99. Good olds chool movie. Recommended 101 Dalmations 2-Disc Platinum Edition: ------------------------------------------ Picked this up at Target's Black Friday Sale for 14.99. Its an old disney movie so its really good. Recommended Indiana Jones & The Crystal Skull DVD Giftset: -------------------------------------------- Huge fan of Indy and decided to pick this up from BB. Movie wasn't that good but it was okay. Recommended for fans. Alien Quadrilogy DVD Set: -------------------------------------------- Have been wanting to pick this up for a while. Awesome series overall....well except for Alien 3 since I was kind of bored by it. Lots of special features and both versions of each film. Can't wait to see this set on Bluray. Picked it up for $30.00 on ebay. Highly Recommended Simpsons Season 11: -------------------------------------------- Love Simpsons! Will always buy Simpsons season sets! Only thing about this is the box that they came in. Probably the worst DVD box design ever! DVDs get scratch when putting them in/out. $14.99 from Target. Recommended (HATE THE BOX) Family Guy Volume VI: -------------------------------------------- Better volume than Volume V. Episodes are better in this set than in the previous 2 sets. Still a bit pricey at full price. Picked mine up at $14.99 from Target. Well that's it for the updates. Long list but it's been like 6 months since I last updated. Looks like its going to be an expensive year for me since lots of Bluray are coming out. :-( Next month X-men Trilogy on BD and the first two volumes of the Fox animated series!  Yay! Can't wait!What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

Just a small update:
Just picked up X-men Trilogy Bluray @BB for about $45 using the Papa John's $10 off the bluray trilogy. Picked it up Saturday evening 4/25/09. Wasn't going to get it yet but good deal for all three movies... This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |

Just picked up X-Men Comic Book Collection Volumes 1 & 2 from Target at 17.99 each. This is the best X-Men series ever made. It is the original Fox series from the 90's. Worth every dollar for this collection. Now I wish they release the second half of the series sometime... :-D
