I won't even go into the travesty that was a 15-minute guitar riff winning instead of a masterfully done, complex orchestral score (Geisha). I knew it would happen - I never watch the awards anymore - but it's still a joke.

That's like Danny Elfman winning an Oscar for "Best Score" for the 10 mins of music he wrote for Chicago.

Or like John Williams winning his first Academy Award for his adapted score of Fiddler on the Roof?
