Homeworld

I liked it overall, but my most favorite piece is Samuel Barber's "Adagio for Strings" (which I'm finding out is actually called Agnus Dei, which is a choral version of Adagio). Holy cow does that piece of music fit the 3rd stage of the game perfectly.

Spoiler:

This music is the background music for the 3rd stage, shortly after you return to your home planet to find out that it's been destroyed by the "ruling" forces. This is when your people decide to take vengeance on those guys, and the game really begins.

On a sort of related note (sorry for the slight hijacking duo), does anyone who's heard Adagio for Strings (or esp. the choral version) know of any similiar music with a sad theme to it? Although I really love this piece, I want to find other pieces (preferably from a game, but it doesn't have to be if it's good) to listen to because I need some sad music for a scene I'm writing in my story (I like Barber's Agnus Dei because it has a "religious" feel to it, as does my story).
