Summer Games, Summer Games

Bah, I was going to make a Summer Games thread as soon as I got back from the cruise, but I was beaten to it. My theme was a bit different though, where you would list games that had a summer theme to it. But I'll just post my picks here rather than starting a new thread.

1. Chrono Cross: This may just be due to the fact that I received the game at summer, but CC is the one game I always associate summer with. The entire setting of the game has a tropical feel to it, from the clothing on the characters, to the beach that you use to shift to and from both worlds, and the beautiful coral reef that makes up the game's intro. The utterly fantastic soundtrack also brings about a summer feel when listening to it. I always make sure to give the soundtrack a good listen around this time.

2. Super Mario Sunshine: An obvious choice, but Nintendo did a great job with the summer feel of this game. It's worth it alone for Mario's bonus beachwear.
