....Jesus almighty.

(goes collect every goddamn treasure chest)

Well, collecting the treasures isn't nearly as hard as doing all those missions (especially with this handy FAQ), but the only thing I have left is the synthesis. What do I need to do to have it "complete"? I already made the ultimate weapons for Sora, Goofy, and Donald.

I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

Sorry, but I give up. I was willing to finish every mission, suffer through Hades Paradox, and even collect every treasure chest. But when it came time to collect twentysomething of every crystal which may or may not drop from various enemies, I just had to stop there.

So I downloaded a 100% save and finally finished the game, secret movie and all. In short, the ending was beautiful, especially the way it complements the first game's ending. I nearly wept, seriously.

And the secret movie was....interesting. I'm starting to have the feeling that Nomura wants to create different projects, but Square has him pinned down to KH, so he has to transfer his ideas to the sequels. He made a bunch of cloaked guys in a futuristic city fit, but I don't see how he's going to implement this next teaser into Disney territory.

But that's not what I'm wondering about. What I am wondering about is a scene from one of the trailers that didn't appear in the game.

Spoiler:
There was a scene that looked like the Sora vs Roxas cutscene, only more Matrix Revolutions-ish.

I was looking forward to this one, too.

Also, looks like Rinoa might show up in KH3. The letter Squall was reading had the wing symbol from her outfit (that's included in his own outfit).

I was speaking idiomatically.

Sigh, Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix, here we come (I don't care what Nomura says).

You know where I can get some high quality screens from the secret movie?

Dammit, why must Japan insist on always having the best version?

This is why all future games need to be online, so we can download updates like these instead of re-purchasing the whole thing.

Seriously. The one thing I found hilarious about the game was Sora seemed more bent on finding Riku than Kairi. And when he did find Kairi, it wasn't all heartfelt like you thought it was going to be, but when he finds Riku, he gets down on his knees (like a bitch D and cries.
Well, the answer's simple. Sora knew where Kairi was, and that she was safe (at first). But he had no idea where Riku was. Plus you have to take into account
Spoiler:
Riku's appearance, which was a big shock to everyone.
. This is why Sora balled out more when he saw Riku.

How ya doing, buddy?

Sorry, but I don't buy that. A Kingdom Hearts animation, whether Japanese or American, would be a tough project. If you let Japan handle it, you'll have accurate renderings of Sora, Riku, Kairi and the FF crew, but the Disney characters would suffer as a result. The reverse is true if it were american-made.

I'm going to need more information before I can get excited about it.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Again, I'll need more info and some pics before I can get truly excited. If I were to guess, this might be a one-shot OVA like Last Order, and will probably not feature any Disney characters (a prequel maybe). Even though Japan's animation talent far exceeds America's, I really don't desire to see an anime-style Donald or Goofy, just as I would never want to see an Americanized Sora or Cloud.

If the new cutscenes in Final Mix 2 are in english as well, then there's a chance this will hit the US. The only concern is getting Haley Joel Osment to play Sora in CoM, since he's younger, and Osment's voice is too old now.

Did Vexen always have a bulging eye like that? :/

Anyway, the fact that the Disney portion of CoM won't have voice acting greatly increases the chance that this will hit NA. That means that aside from Goofy and Donald, they'll only have to get the VA's from the "Square" side of things, along with new voices for the Organization members who didn't show up.

The only problem would be Haley Joel Osment, whose probably too old to play young Sora, and Christopher Lee, who might not be worth the money to record new lines with DiZ. They'll probably use soundalikes for both.

KH2:FM is completely in english, right? Does that include the new cutscenes?

I haven't even seen the Series I KH2 figures anywhere. I thought Gamestop would carry a couple, but that isn't the case.

What is currently the highest-res video of FM's secret movie available? If it doesn't look like it will be localized, I'd like to view the video, but only if it's at optimal quality (I like to hook up my PC to my Samsung LCD).

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?
