Neighbor Issues

Ever have issues with a neighbor that you just couldn't seem to resolve? People in nearby apartments that broke city sound ordinances or dealt drugs in their living rooms, or anything like that? Were you the annoying neighbor that no one could stand?

I can abide noise most of the time, but not from hypocrites who claim they only listen to classical music on Sunday "to reverence the sabbath." I also cannot abide that which my downstairs neighbor from 2 years ago did - practice his electric guitar, very loud, and at all hours of the day/night, and practice poorly and sound awful.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Hey, if he keeps upping the rent to ridiculous amounts and they keep paying, I can see why he'd keep them around. I wouldn't deal with it if it were me, but I know plenty that would if they were adequately paid off.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
