I've never had a good experience while cancelling an account with anyone, per se, but I haven't had any nightmarish ones yet. All my nightmare calls have come from customer service or tech support, and mostly dealing with Dell. Only good thing that came out of that was him giving me my case number: "I as in India" in an indian accent. <2 (not quite good enough for a 3 there, lay off)
