I can't remember if it was this case or another similar one... Anyway, while the man was indeed looking at the pictures online, the pictures were found in his temporary folder which, I guess, proved that he didn't intend on possession.
I guess the judge wanted to be lenient since the defendant already pleaded guilty to possession. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
