I love Okonomiyaki! Especially with lots of sauce and mayo. I was initially very put off by the thought of putting mayo on it, but it tastes even better that way. I've only tried Osaka-style Okonomiyaki though. I heard Hiroshima-style uses a different sauce.
I'm not a big squid fan, so I usually ordered it with beef or pork, with some extra katsuo put on as well. I've never tried cooking it before, but I'd like to one day. Jam it back in, in the dark.
