Microwave. My ability to eat food would be greatly diminished without this wonderful invention. I screw up about half the things I try to make on the stove and oven, so I try and avoid those when possible.
AC is nice, but my current apartment doesn't haven't, and neither did one of my houses as a kid, so I've learned how to get by sitting in front of a fan. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
