I have to work tonight, so I'm gonna leave a first clue now for people.
CLUE 1: The game this song is only out in Japan. CLUE 2: A large number of composers wrote music for this game. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Final clue: The number of games in this series is in the double digits.
I'll probably won't give it more than a day before revealing the answer if no one gets it, to keep things moving. EDIT Well, since it looks like no one's going to guess this, the song is Auslandsgesprach from Pop'n Music 11, possibly also known as "80's werk", the genre it is given in the game. I probably should've put up something easier at first, until more people were attracted in here. Oh well. Whoever sees this next can put up a new song, and get things moving again.
